> **Avantages**: Easy to use interface. Customer service is very responsible when issues rise. The new Ai generative workouts is a game changer.

> **Inconvénients**: Inability to export client data. The analysis system is very simple and does not go in depth. Customer service can take days to response.

It has given me the freedom at motivating my clients remotely through the use of unique workout templates and exercises, all the while making them more accountable. > **Inconvénients**: Only thing is it doesn't sync to Google fit. Apple and Fitbit a plus but Google fit would edge it out.
