> **Avantages**: Parallax touches every aspect of our business in a meaningful way, so it's very difficult to what I like most, so broadly speaking, I like most that it operates as a hub of information for all teams to feel empowered to drive progress and make insightful data-driven decisions - whether that's departments, client teams, or even individuals figuring out their own resourcing expectations for the week. It drives so much forward.

> **Inconvénients**: In order for Parallax to meaningfully impact the entire business, it takes a large effort to onboard, build habits, train employees, create new operating rhythms, determine decision-making rights, etc... The juice is worth the squeeze, but you might be really disappointed if you don't identify multiple stakeholders and a good deal of time to work on implementing the tool and operationalizing it withing your organization.

> Long onboarding that is totally paying off on a daily basis after getting it fully integrated.

It offers a wide range of different views for financial reporting and gives project managers the ability to book resources depending on teams allocation and availability.

> **Inconvénients**: There doesn't seem to be a feature to export excel sheets or tables for key information like remaining forecast, effort executed etc.  We run a lot of internal reports via google sheets and I have to do a lot of copy and pasting from the dashboard.
> 
> It's good. Our agency has been piloting it for 6 months now, their support team is responsive and takes our feedback seriously.

> **Avantages**: Parallax is really easy to use for the most part. I love how seamlessly it integrates with Harvest time tracking and can create reporting and data based on that information.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Would love for the financial reporting to be more robust. Adding in an integration with QuickBooks for example would be a game-changer\!

Also, a lot of the financial reporting basically reflects like a T\&M engagement, assigning revenue to the hours an employee or department has conttributed to a project, which isn't always an accurate representation of the data at our organization.

> Parallax has opened our eyes to see the profitbaility that we could be leaving on the table through under utilizing employees and areas where we are too detailed in our planning that we miss opportunities to allocate our rescources directionally for the most impact on our projects. I love that I have real-time insights to see the Health of all our projects which faciliates conversations how to improve our projects before its too late - we're over budget or timeline is past.
