It helps you send invoices as well as get paid in your local currency so you don't have to deal with the hassle of bank remittances and all the additional formalities that come with it. I've extensively used Veem to bill one of my clients and the experience has been good. It has all the basic use-cases covered. Although, it's limited in terms of advanced options such as taxation, GST, email customization, payment gateway integrations, etc. > > **Inconvénients**: There was an instance when I wanted to attach a couple of documents along with my invoice email and I was surprised to see that Veem doesn't support it at all. I think it's a very common use case where Freelancers bill their clients for additional equipment/software that they've purchased on the client's behalf and want to send the bills for it. There are also no styling/custom branding options in Veem. NO Customer service - It is non existent\! No response to chat or email, and you're lucky if you EVER get a person on the phone. 2. POOR performance - Consistently late depositing funds, even with the 'Instant Transfer' fee agreement cost of $20/transaction. 3. NO accountability for their own actions or issues caused by their system/processes, always shifting blame. 4. NO sense of urgency in resolving issues caused by their own systems, or even implementing tools or processes for sustainable improvement. Seems they only care about getting your money, holding onto it long enough to make a few $$ off interests, then releasing it to you at their convenience. > > STAY AWAY\!\!\!\!\!\!\! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS VEEM PLATFORM\!\!\! If I could give 0 stars, I would\!\! This platform, and the company as a whole, are just horrible\! I have several documented incidents where clients have submitted funds for payment and Veem has held onto the funds longer than their own policy states. The generic answer we would receive, "Please accept our apologies...it's due to a third-party issue...". This answer would only come once you have escalated the matter and exhausted all other options to get someone on the phone. I informed our client that we can no longer use this platform, and they fully supported our team, as they had full visibility of the issues. NOTE: We pay for the "instant transfer" service, and due to the large deposits we are charged the max $20 for each transaction....and STILL, they are always delayed depositing funds.
