> **Avantages**: I love how easy to navigate the softwre is and how effective the courses are. I find that when I use this app I get immediate benefits and long term benefits depending on what my objectives are when I open it.

> **Inconvénients**: Unfortunately, despite all the push messages and the knowledge that this app can genuinely make things better for me, I find myself making poor choices in what app to open when I'm not well or when I should be dedicating time to my present and future wellness. I'm not sure how to overcome my own apathy towards my mental health. This is most likely a ME issue and not an issue with the app.

> **Avantages**: The most impactful feature is the training section in my option. There is a lot of useful information that any person can be use as a resource in their day to day lives. I love that there are sections on all training guides so you can choose what you would like to learn more about relating to how you are feeling that day.

> **Inconvénients**: I feel within the training sections further resources or learning tools to cope with what we are learning would be helpful. I do know there is the practice section with a lot of wonderful tools but they can be hard to locate.
