- Patching still keeps our system up to date
- Learned about 3rd party apps patching - helps to keep applications up to date

- CW is trying to be everything in one app - while some features are good, some are awful.
We couldn't make it work with our network drives. 
- CW support is disappointing most of the time

> With all the cons CW is still one of the best remote access tools I have worked in my life. Cons could be inconvenient but overall I still love this product

> **Avantages**: As a ticketing system this works great. As a sales management software, it is challenging. Our tech team uses this daily with good success and follow ups are easily handled. I work on the sales/solutions side and so far, this has not been that great of an experience. We use the ticketing for customer requests but aside from that, it doesn't help me in my day to day with organizing clients and setting tasks

> **Inconvénients**: I really don't have anything negative to offer other than the fact that I would like to have a tool in RMM that would help me organize clients and create tasks.

> Up to now, this has been a great tool for our team with good success on ticket generation and monitoring what is going on in a client's environment. We will be continuing to use RMM for a long time to come

> **Inconvénients**: Web interface can sometimes be slow to answer.
Automatic disconnection happen fast for a user that is not full time working on it

> The RMM made our client's computers management so easier, advanced remote control with backstage give use a lot of options to work quickly on issue, without necessarily disturbing user. Scripting options made us save a lot of time. We have been able to free a lot of time to our team and make way more

I like that it auto-reconnects to an agent when it goes offline/loses connection

> **Inconvénients**: Slow connections to agents. Laggy and not updating the screen consistently. Faster using AnyDesk
Agent installs are taking a while to complete (at least 15 minutes and sometimes more)
Alert suspensions do not always work and are also not instantly provisioned

> It's a good product overall. However, if these issues get resolved ,it will become a GREAT product and I will not be looking into other options

> **Avantages**: It had a simple, unified platform.  I appreciated having a single pane of glass for all of the important things for my devices.

> **Inconvénients**: Not enough 3rd-party patching software within the tool.  We ultimately need a way to ensure all of our software is patched and up to date.  Many other tools use the winget repository to get tertiary items updated.
