We can support people all over the world from our IT hub in Berlin, Germany. Before Workwize, we were spending a lot of time creating shipping labels, finding boxes, and dealing with all of the other logistics of onboarding and offboarding employees. I'm very happy to have that all taken care of in a centralized system. > > **Inconvénients**: Workwize is still getting on their feet. There are(in my opinion) many improvements to be made to the platform. I would counter that by saying there there have been regular improvements, even in the short time we've been working with Workwize. Onboarding with the platform was challenging. I attribute this mostly with the timeframe we had(over the Christmas holiday season. It took several weeks to get items added to the catalog. Providers have had delays in getting people equipment with no updates in the workwize platform about what is happening. There is no link between a Workwize order number and a supplier order number. This is problematic because when a computer is added to Apple Business Manager, I don't know which person the was ordered for. It also takes quite some time to get serial numbers added to Workwize. > > Onboarding any new system is challenging and Workwize was no different in that regard. We are only scratching the surface of the true potential of workwize for our organization. Friendly account rep has very little influence to get things done and can seem as frustrated as us at times. > > Our experience with Workwize was subpar.
