The vast majority of the assets that we track in IT are our iPads and MacBooks and all of these are automatically tracked, updated, and processed directly through Mosyle. We haven't yet activated the Microsoft integrations, but are looking forward to experimenting in that area. > > **Inconvénients**: One issue that I have identified is the lack of ability to easily make bulk changes to groups of assets. For example if I want to change all devices with a certain model or feature to have a different product category. Currently the only way to do it is to export to Excel. Change data in the Excel file, and then reimport it back in. > > We were 4 days away from purchasing a new asset system when we heard that Mosyle and AssetBots had partnered up. We decided to take a quick look into AssetBots to determine if it was a viable product for our needs. While it didn't have every feature we were focused on from our original choice, it had many features we were not expecting and that were more beneficial. It also proved to be at least partially customizable so that we could add features to the product. The ability for us to track what students had paid a technology fee was critical for us and AB allowed us to add that as a user-field, thus fulfilling that need. Price was also a huge concern for us as a public school district.
