We have embedded Niche Academy training videos into our website to aid patrons in using our provided database platforms, eBook and audiobook libraries and apps, general web usage (email and social media), and more. We have also set up an internal staff academy to train new and existing staff on the platforms, services, and devices we offer our patrons. Learning is self-paced and the videos explain topics and technologies that can sometimes be confusing or intimidating to those unfamiliar with more modern devices (smartphones, book tablets, etc.).
