> **Avantages**: Simplicity of use.  Management and Connection is straightforward and quick.

> **Inconvénients**: UPDATES - I know they're still developing, but seems like there is an update every couple of days - Each update requires the new software to download, update, and often log back in.  Once it's finished and you're logged in, everything is quick but it's become a bit annoying at the frequency.

> Overall, excellent experience.  I've used FixMe and then SetMe for many years - this new program has more bells/whistles, but keeps the simplicity and functionality that I've grown to appreciate.

> **Avantages**: It's nice being able to finally have the app installed on my Macbook Pro instead of running it in a virtual machine and remote into field test engineers' computers. File transfer between Windows and Mac is very fast, works great even when you drag and drop large files or archives between computers. The reboot and reconnect features have been improved, and I also like having a variety of settings that allow me to choose how I want to see and control the remote desktop.

> **Inconvénients**: Price could be lower, but seems to reflect the market. Looking forward to the unattended access functionality which I'm told is expected to be released soon.

> I've used the other app from Techinline for about 2 years. The only issue I had was not being able to run it on macOS and connect to Macs. I signed up to try SetMe because of macOS support, but found a few other things I like. Overall, seems to be a good product and they’ve announced some other new features that will be added to it soon.
