> **Avantages**: CVENT registration has come a long way over the years.  They have both tightened the ship and expanded as well. 
The introduction of Apple/Google pay is a game changer. The payment process is easy. 
Customer support is sometimes wrong with their information, so I contact a specialist for more help.
The Event management tool is now a breeze to use.  With the new pricing section, inputing prices and refund is super easy.

> **Inconvénients**: The only con I have to report is with the Guest widget. You should be able to connect an admission item to it to isolate who gets to see the guest widget. Registration types doesn't cut it.  So, fix the issue please\!

> The CVENT registration process is easy to use. Sometimes we have issues with attendees choosing the wrong admission item, but that is on them. The use of templates is also a game changer. We can just update the thing we need and delete what we don't.
