Commentaires : J'apprécie la facilité avec laquelle nous pouvons communiquer sur cette plateforme, et il est pratique de savoir quelle équipe travaille sur quelle partie du projet et de prendre connaissance de la progression générale. L'option de recevoir des notifications par courriel lorsqu'un élément a été ajouté ou modifié au projet permet de poser une action rapide et évite des délais inutiles.

Avantages :

J'apprécie que plusieurs équipes de travail puissent être rassemblées dans une seule plateforme où tous les acteurs peuvent intervenir pour gérer leur partie du dossier. Il est pratique de pouvoir ajouter des notifications, des demandes de signatures, des partages de vidéos,... tout au même endroit et que tous les divers intervenants puissent suivre l'évolution du projet et les communications qui les concernent.

Inconvénients :

Au plan de l'interface, il n'est peut-être pas toujours évident de retrouver l'archive des conversations et des notes prises pendant l'évolution du projet. Il faut naviguer dans les dossiers ou les pages pour chercher un détail spécifique que nous voulions retrouver.

Commentaires : Dans l'ensemble , c'est un logiciel très intéressant apportant plus d'aide dans la gestion des projets et gestion des tâches avec une diversité des fonctionnalités innovantes , permettant aux équipes de projets de collaborer avec les entreprises pour travailler ensemble . The Best Solution for Project Management

Commentaires : Overall, it is a great experience to work with Redbooth. Every morning, it is the first thing that I do. I go to Redbooth to review the ongoing projects, check the progress, share feedback, and adds assignees according to project needs, and change tags. Simply put, I love this product as it makes my life a lot easier.

Avantages :

Smooth and easy project management is the best feature of Redbooth that I like. It helps creating projects, sharing data to initiate the process, reporting and tracking until the completion of tasks. I personally like how easy it is to add assignees, prirortising tasks, adding tags, descriptions, and getting everyone involved. In all reality, it is the best software for team collaboration and managing projects in an efficient way.

Inconvénients :

I'm very much satisfied with the performance of Redbooth but the only weak side that I have noticed is the mobile application. All the features that the desktop version offers are not accessible via phone app. A couple of times, I tried to add comments but couldn't format the text. Also, the images are not visible in the mobile version. These are just some limitations that can be improved to make it perfect and flawless.

A polished tool for small teams and individuals

Commentaires : I've used Redbooth both to manage my own freelance work, and small teams. Overall the experience has been excellent for my uses, and remarkably polished. I primarily use Asana now as I work more with large teams these days, but I would certainly still consider Redbooth for other situations.

Avantages :

Redbooth is probably the most intuitive of any project management system out there. The UI is clean, and it's unlikely you'll ever have to read the documentation. Redbooth also has an app on a surprising number of platforms--even Apple TV! If you want something that you or a small or medium-sized team can use with as little learning curve as possible, this is it.

Inconvénients :

Redbooth's simplicity comes at the cost of the kind of complexity that is more-or-less necessary for more robust project management solutions. If you want deep analytics or advanced prioritization and task management features, especially for a larger team, you may find yourself disappointed.

Creative project management collaboration tool

Commentaires : I used the tool everyday, as my agenda, I had the active projects marked with a star to have it listed on top. Great visibility and cool features to keep track of project changes or modifications.

Avantages :

working as a project manager a couple of years ago, I liked that I was able to create multiple, projects, keep track of every activity and include files from different types of formats.

Inconvénients :

The tool had limited tracking features and no budget or expenses tracking, but in general was good including the rest of the project details

Redbooth is OK

Commentaires : I think there are some improvements to be made with Redbooth to where its a little more user friendly

Avantages :

I like that you can organize your tasks into different sections and move them around. It is easy to view items. The chat feature is nice!

Inconvénients :

I do not like that one you enter in a comment after a certain amount of time you aren't able to edit the comment.

Commentaires : It's been a great tool to keep client communication organized

1. The ease of adding columns to customize to different project's needs. 2. Very easy for clients to learn and use

1. lack of outside integrations 2. Task assignments: teaching clients to properly tag/notify people can be a challenge since it's not clear who or when people will get notified without knowing the software

Redbooth , a simple project management tool

Avantages :

First, it is very simple to setup and use. The UI is very intuitive. Setup teams, members, sprints, tasks and sub tasks is also very easy. Integration with email client helped the inexperienced members who rely on mail to have it both ways, reply on mail and still work inside redbooth. The ability to set authorization levels so not everyone can see all tasks. It is a web based app, so no installation needed.

Inconvénients :

It lacks in features compared to the other big management tools. Sub tasks are fairly simple, unlike regular tasks. The tasks preview box is a little small (in data also) for my taste. Doesn’t have good support for RTL languages in the UI.

Super Easy To Use

Commentaires : My experience overall has been great as I have used the product since back when it was Teambox 4

Redbooth has a great UI and continues to make updates that makes the product super easy to use.

Inconvénients :

Missing status update option as native versus a tag. Also would love to be able to assign sub task to a person and set due dates for them similar to the main task.

It has almost everything but . . .

Commentaires : We use it for project planning and management. However, as our number of projects has grown we are finding internal communication within the platform to be increasingly problematic. We are scouting for a new solution.

Avantages :

We have been using this platform for almost a year and we love almost everything about it. It's super easy to set up and use. It's very intuitive.

Inconvénients :

It needs an internal chat feature that is not linked to a workspace. As we have added more projects we find it very difficult to find conversations within the application. All activity feeds and conversations are linked to a specific workspace. This requires us to sort through our workspaces to find the conversation. We have mentioned this to the Redbooth support team and their suggestion was to create a separate workspace to hold these conversations. This really isn't helpful to us and we don't want to create a Slack integration, especially after Slack's sale to Salesforce.

Great choice for task management

Avantages :

This app is very intuitive and easy to use.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes their server crashes and you won't have access to the contect, it happens very rare although.

Inconvénients :

-Glitchy at times (for example, upon upgrade, the customer support chat window covered up a critical button; difficult to format notes because once you've added bullets, it's hard to go back to normal formatting; difficult to drag elements to reorder) -File storage is extremely unheplful. When you upload attachments to tasks, they are just stored as files within a master file, and it takes significant time to organize them separately. We wound up ignoring this feature altogether -Additional notification setting options for tasks would be helpful - we wound up blasting people's emails, so they started ignoring Redbooth emails altogether

Great way to track tasks around multiple projects

Commentaires : Really love this product. I have tried many of the top task management softwares with myself and for clients and this one comes out tops for functionality and ease of use.

Avantages :

Very easy to use. The Dashboard helps you stay on track with what is due when across multiple streams of information.

Inconvénients :

I would like more functionality on the cell phone app

Avantages :

I get lost at times when trying to keep track of all the task i am set to do for our company. Redbooth allows you to keep track and mark off your task once completed. You can even mark them as high importance so they are at the top of your list! You can have many categories so you can keep track of your task for each department or section you are working on.

Inconvénients :

You have to check daily. I wish they would send you reminders by email on task that are upcoming or due on the day or even over due.

Great for planing your work and team schedule

Avantages :

Its a great software to schedule all my work and to have tasks assigned and having all my team know what i am working on, and keep track of projects i am involved in.

Inconvénients :

I hate that it does'nt let you schedule with hours and only days, since almost all the time we have deadlines in an specific hour of the day and not the whole day, and it would be great to have alerts on specific hours instead of just daily tracking.

Helps us work together on client projects and let our client know the progress on projects. Also love their integrations

Inconvénients :

Try to add more third party integrations. Make the tool a little cheaper for smaller teams. Apps can be better

Redbooth is an excellent, easy to use, all-inclusive project management app.

Avantages :

Redbooth keeps a record of all conversations, archived, and future tasks. The search bar is so easy to use and makes navigating the space simple.

Inconvénients :

Saving dates and assigning tasks to people can be tricky if you don't double check to make sure you accurately clicked on the right spot. The buttons are not very forgiving.

Redbooth for Virtual Business

Commentaires : Love that Redbooth enables all of my virtual employees to stay connected. Love the advantage of being able to invite just the people necessary to different groups.

Avantages :

Love the versatility of being able to invite selected people to view particular topics

The invite process could be a little smoother rather than having to reply to an email

This product is easy to use and simple. You are able to create work spaces and reports. The workspace feature helps sort different project easily and the reports help keep thing in track.

Inconvénients :

This product is helpful in task management and sorting different projects but I personally would like to see some more features that help keep to the PMI framework.

Great user experience

Commentaires : I have been using Teambox for the last couple of months. I'm in the process of starting up a business and, with partners, employees and clients all over the world, Teambox has been an invaluable tool in keeping everybody connected, staying on top of projects and sharing knowledge, ideas and inspiration amongst the team. I've tried other project management tools but Teambox by far is the most user-friendly ? it's actually pleasant to use! The team behind Teambox is extremely supportive and approachable, they actually feel like collaborators rather than some anonymous corporate body. Teambox is revolutionising the way I manage my work, my business, as well as my personal projects. I recommend it without hesitation.

Offers a really simple way to organize tasks!

Avantages :

Makes files very quickly accessible, easy to sync with box, dropbox, slack, etc.

Inconvénients :

It is quite simple, there's no way to make one task contingent upon the completion of another. Would be helpful to have a feature like this.

Essential tool for managing projects

Commentaires : I started using Redbooth about six months ago and have already been amazed by the amount of time I've saved by being able to check Redbooth instead of sifting through hundreds of emails. It has made my projects much easier to manage and organize, and it's super convenient to be able to do everything (chat, tasks, video meetings, etc) all in one place. Pros:

Tasks: Ability to create, assign, reassign, set due date, change due date, etc. Cons:
None so far!

We used Taskray from Salesforce and switched to Redbooth

Commentaires : We are working with Redbooth for several months now and I really like the way the app is structured and organized. I can see all activities of the team and have a clear overview of all actual tasks each one is working on. The Video Conference Tool is great and integrated, so no additional software is needed - create the meeting in your calendar and go! A big advantage is the mobile app, push notifications and chat help me to react quickly and solve issues in minutes - physical meetings got less -> like!
