Acculynx offret une multitude de fonctionalité.je l'utilise depuis des mois et je trouve tourjour de nouvelle fonction qui me facile la tâche.

Inconvénients :

Ce logiciel à bésoins d'une pétite mise au point.

Love it

Commentaires : We have been using Acculynx for years. It is extremely user friendly. If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful.

Avantages :

User friendly Self Explanatory Customer service is fantastic Customizable All facets of company can use and communicate (office, sales, production, accounts receivable etc)

Inconvénients :

Our only issue is the app. Would love if it was more adapted to iphones

AccuLynx saves Hours

Commentaires : I absolutely love the software and would recommend to any roofing contractor.

Avantages :

AccuLynx has mastered the process from tracking a lead from initial phone call to final photos. The software allows systems to be put into place so that no steps are missed within the sales to production process.

Inconvénients :

When you download photos they are in a very large format and hard to work with. Also the photo editing is sub-par.

Good For Office, Bad For Sales

Commentaires : Good for back end office work, not good in the field when flexibility and speed of performing tasks matter.

Avantages :

Back end features such as pricing library, labor tickets, and other back office stuff is well done.

Inconvénients :

Native iOS app is very limited, very poor support for basic things such as how it handles sales tax, extremely cumbersome to edit estimates when in the field and present in person.

Alternatives envisagées : JobNimbus et ServiceTitan

Pourquoi choisir AccuLynx : Wanted a CRM that was also capable of creating estimates.

We love Acculynx

Commentaires : Everyone on the team was so helpful with setting up our business for the first time. The would call and to see if we had any questions and were always super friendly and willing to help. All of the staff seemed to be very passionate about acculynx.

Avantages :

Lots of tools to help with organization and communication with customer

I think everything works very well together, I don't have any cons.

Commentaires : Overall I have had a very good experience with Acculynx and they are responsive to questions and concerns.

Avantages :

I liked how user friendly it is. We can easily put customers in and keep them organized as we move them through the process.

Inconvénients :

The thing I like the least is how few categories are in our pipeline. I wish we could break down and customize our pipeline to our needs.

Commentaires : I think it’s a really good service. I’ve worked with it since 2017? I was sent out of the business for five years so I just came back last year. It was nice cause I at least knew what was going on with it, but I think it’s a good service for for sure.

Avantages :

That I can look up and find information regarding my customers in one spot makes it way easier and history of comments and or documents.

Inconvénients :

I’ve never cared for sharing photos from Acculinks to an inspector or a website. It’s very bulky and I never know if it’s gone. I have to check sent to make sure, no noise when it sends - drives me crazy. The whole format is cumbersome to work with especially on my phone, which is where I am 100% of the time.

That you have to pay for every app. when you already pay for acculynx on a monthly.

New Company - learning how to use it

Commentaires : It’s a good system that I must have. I’m a little more critical as I’m still a small company so the little hiccups take a lot of my time away from generating leads

Avantages :

Once I can get all of my AccuField issues resolved I think it will be much better. Again the organization is great. Pricing from ABC and Beacon is not 100% complete and I cannot find a lot of things from their catalogue

Inconvénients :

My accufield is hard to use. I also with CompanyCam could get set up to have my reports saved in the project folders. It’s a manual process right now. Using the documents for signatures is expensive. If it were not as much I’d love to consider it.I also don’t get notifications from the texts I get from my customers through the texting feature. I need help with get that figured out.

Commentaires : It has been a challenge to say the least. The transfer of data did not happen as smoothly as anticipated, documents and pictures had to be manually entered for each lead once transferred. We are slowly working on entering the information we need.

Avantages :

I do like the ease of entering leads, ability to order materials and that you can see where the crew is at.

Inconvénients :

I don't like that messages are not removable. Sometimes notes in the system need to be changed and messages is the only place to create notes. I don't like that I am not able to see if the email recipient has opened the email or not, with our last crm we were able to see if the email was opened, clicked etc. I don't like that if I have a task/event/calendar meeting that I have attached multiple people to, I have to edit each individual task if something changes, it doesn't allow me to edit all events at one time.

Overall experience

Commentaires : If the apps can be ironed out I’d recommend it to all.

Great desktop platform and it very good to use when in have two screens.

Inconvénients :

The mobile and iPad app are very buggy and not enough options

Why we LOVE Acculynx platform

Commentaires : So far we have had a great experience with this new CRM platform - so very helpful to out day to day work flows.

Avantages :

The ease of the CRM is truly indescribable- the fact that it is so fit for our roofing company and makes all estimates, orders and job information at your finger tips with all information recorded for everyone to see.

Inconvénients :

No Cons at this time - it is a simple platform that makes our daily operations an ease.

Avantages :

"The tracking is great, and it's so simple to find what I need. I enjoy how quickly I can produce an estimate."I enjoy that there are no glitches. It's convenient to have software that can do everything.

Inconvénients :

It hasn't been with me long enough for me to become irritated by any aspect.In the event that a note is inadvertently placed in the incorrect file, this may cause some confusion.

We love acculynx!

Commentaires : It is good and helpful. Allows us to keep track of important dates.

Avantages :

I like the notes and dashboard. Very easy layout and functional use. Easy to navigate.

Inconvénients :

Some features that could be added to improve the design is a draft mode that automatically saves for notes. Occasionally when you are typing a note and try to see another profile, when you return all your typing you did is gone. It would be SO helpful if this was an option eventually. Also, the design of not being able to edit or delete notes and the fact if you are a sister-company who was multiple companies tied in with one, the layout is the same. I wish there was an option to customize different layouts to realize when you switch, there have ben so many times when I will add a profile and it's in the wrong side. I also wish you could unmark dead leads, and also be able to transfer profiles

Acculynx Integration

Commentaires : I overall like acculynx a lot but it needs some upgrades

Avantages :

I like the leads, Prospect, approved, completed, invoiced section. I like how you can email, text and the customer portal and share stuff to it.

Inconvénients :

I don't like the worksheets and I don't see the point to them. Quickbooks add on is not affective. I also think the phone app needs alot of work

AccuLynx is a great product to help manage leads and keep track of where we are at in the process

Commentaires : AccuLynx is great and helps to keep each homeowner in the loop and helps to keep track of the communication between homeowners as well.

Avantages :

I like that you can scan in your documents and can select folders for each paper. It saves instantly as long as you have good service.

Inconvénients :

When my AccuLynx was synced to my sales rabbit and it always created two leads to each one homeowner but I was able to fix that.

Each job is a number. I don't know what number 27 is. Then I have to look up the name and job to find out what it is.
