We hated having to switch over to Pro Care but had no choice at the time. Tadpoles had great customer support whenever we had an issue and was a great value for all of the different areas that we used it for . > > **Inconvénients**: That we had to stop using it as the interface was no longer going to be able to be used in child care centers. We are licensed for almost 300 children, which requires a lot of record keeping, organization and report generating for different areas of our agency. Many features of Tadpoles were able to meet these expectations for us. > > We were very happy with Tadpoles overall as we used it for several years. The parents loved it and the staff also thought it was invaluable.
