Avantages :

La gestion des jours fériés n'est pas fiable malgré ces multiples fonctionnalités

Commentaires : Dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfait de mon expérience avec Paychex Flex. Il s'agit d'une plateforme complète qui m'aide à gérer efficacement ma paie et mes tâches RH. Malgré quelques inconvénients mineurs, je trouve que c'est un outil fiable pour mon entreprise.

Avantages :

J'utilise Paychex Flex depuis un certain temps maintenant et je dois dire que c'est une excellente solution de paie et de RH tout-en-un. J'apprécie la flexibilité qu'il offre à mesure que mon entreprise grandit et évolue.

Inconvénients :

Bien que Paychex Flex possède de nombreuses fonctionnalités intéressantes, il n'est pas parfait. L'interface peut parfois être déroutante et j'ai rencontré des problèmes occasionnels qui ont ralenti mon flux de travail.

J'aime bien ce logiciel car son système d'arlerte est juste incroyable, et la gestion de Paie est fait de manière précise

Je n'ai pas de soucis avec paychex flex depuis que j'ai commencé à l'utiliser. Si ce le logiciel à des inconvénients, je l'ai pas encore rencontré.

Commentaires : I appreciate being able to check on the 401(k) and have the money go straight into employee accounts, saving time and effort. Since insurance coverage is now related directly to who has enrolled in which plans, processing payroll has become much more efficient.

Avantages :

From either the employer's or employee's perspective, the website couldn't be simpler to use. Filters and stored views make it easy to customize your payroll experience based on your current needs.

Inconvénients :

Over the years, I've seen a few different specialists. Obviously, not everyone has the same potential. When my allocated person hasn't been able to help me, I've found that the online chat staff is quite responsive and helpful.

Rocky start but smooth ride otherwise

Commentaires : Off to a rocky start, but things are smoothing out now.

Avantages :

Ease of setup and benefits offered are great.

Inconvénients :

When getting onboarded, one of their reps never sent me an onboarding email. I had to ask them 4 separate times over the span of 2 weeks and keep following up. Annoying.

Poor Experience - do not recommend

Commentaires : Unfortunately I spent a year with Paychex and really wanted to have a good experience but the software is not intuitive, clunky. Additionally the staff made many errors which required dozens of hours of emails and phone calls over 4-5 months to correct.

Avantages :

They paid my payroll and taxes onetime, unfortunately made many many errors that required months to correct.

Inconvénients :

You are assigned an account advisor that you are never able to contact directly and must play voice-tag when you have questions. When I am calling, I am spending the time to get an immediate answer and the process gets dragged out much longer than necessary. If you want an immediate answer, you are then put on hold to speak to the next available agent. Since they are not as familiar with your account, in my opinion, there is a higher risk that you will receive an incorrect answer which happened to me on multiple occasions which made undoing the correction even worse. Additionally, sometime the user may need to speak with a Payroll Specialist and othertimes a Time & Attendance specialist. Unfortunately, many issues that arise require evaluation in both of these areas [say a staff member does not get credited appropriately for time off, etc] and one specialist cannot see what the other one sees.

Great App For Getting Paid

Commentaires : My overall experience is not bad. Its a great app that offers a good amount of features I just would prefer an easier to understand app.

Avantages :

I love that Paychex offers a pay now option where you can get paid before pay day so that you dont have to wait to get paid to pay your bills or overdraft your accounts. It charges a small fee but absolutely worth it.

Inconvénients :

The app is slightly glitchy and they do maintenance often on the app. The apps dashboard is slightly confusing but it is customizable.

Paychex is worth the time and money!

They have wonderful customer support teams and are always available when needed. They are very user friendly and make time keeping and payroll seamless.

The reporting could be more user friendly.

Only efficient on a newer phone

Commentaires : While it allows for an employee to easy clock in, out, go on meal, break and more, it has connectivity issues.

Avantages :

It can be an easy and efficient way for an employee to be able to clock in & clock out from wherever at the location. It allows for you to tally your hours, view your paychecks, and overall ease of use.

Inconvénients :

It has trouble logging in on older devices. It works best on a newer phone and even a phone a few years behind may only easily log in half of the time.

Simple processing. The platform is more for lower volume companies. Not really intuitive but very user friendly

Inconvénients :

Customer service. The reps are not very helpful at times because to retain the knowledge and skills necessary to address complex issues or system config questions.

Commentaires : Overall, my experience has been good using Paychex Flex.

Avantages :

It is easy to navigate and it is very user friendly.

Inconvénients :

The rep we had assigned to our account was not helpful at all. He wouldn't return calls/emails. Every time we would call to speak to him, he was NEVER available.

Cost-Effective Payroll Processing

Commentaires : It's a great alternative to more expensive payroll processors. But they still handle all the child support and other deductions.

Avantages :

Easy to use for both management and employees.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the app doesn't keep up with updates on the employee side.

Mid tier payroll

Commentaires : It's okay, its not my favorite time and attendance scorecard system, they do make the information and language straightforward however there are better options on the market for a more fluid and user enhanced experience.

Avantages :

It is easy to use, straightforward, simple, and has a native iPhone compatible app.

Inconvénients :

The app is slow, sometimes the changes are not fully reflected, time and attendance cards require a few redundant button pushes in order to save a change.

Expensive & Frustrating Company and Service

Commentaires : We switched to Paychex for their Employee Retention Credit filing services, and they seemed like they'd be more involved and personal than our previous provider. However, things turned south and they drop the personal touch once you're established. They're a decent payroll provider, but the lack of transparency with invoicing and dashboard navigation issues are concerning.

Avantages :

Paychex onboarding is great. The main dashboard became easier and easier to use, and there's a lot of features that come with a basic subscription and more you can add.

Inconvénients :

The extra features are pushed HARD by their teams. Their retirement savings team was almost predatory with how they sold the product, constant calls, applying pressure to make a decision, and more. Once we started with their HR service, things just got worse. These features get more and more expensive with less and less that they offer, but you're under contract. The invoicing gets obfuscated so you don't know what money is being charged for, and you have to be on top of them to not make errors or mistakes. The platform itself can be confusing with many features not having a menu button, requiring access strictly through an notification card on the dashboard homepage.

This software is the easiest one for payroll in my experience.

Commentaires : Overall it is a real decent software to use. It is user friendly and has most all the features you need.

Avantages :

That I can review my W2 and all my paystubs in the same place whenever I need to and I can print them or download them easily. I love the clock in machine to.

Inconvénients :

The APP takes forever to log in a lot of the times. I would be on time coming back from lunch but by the time the app would open and I clocked back in I would be , sometimes up to 4 minutes late. Those minutes add up when you only get paid once a month.
