> **Avantages**: As cheerze connect is a cloud computing platform, we were able to reduce the server maintenance issues faced when using offline PMS. We are able to onboard the software in a short span of time and access the PMS comfortably.

> **Inconvénients**: Contactless check-ins and check-outs were not configured properly, Reports generation cannot be customized easily. The user interface is slow. Frequent bugs and crashes happen and it takes a long time for the Support team to rectify the issues.  The software team struggled a lot to integrate with Booklogic Channel Manager and the integration develops bugs frequently.
