> **Avantages**: It was great for entering appointments and having it go right to our Google Calendar. The automatic reminders worked well to improve show-rate for all kinds of events. It especially made it easy when they added multiple appointment booking. I could enter people's 2 week trials into it all at once, and they could reschedule themselves also.

> **Inconvénients**: It felt like other scheduling apps had more features, but slowly OnceHub was adding them. I think it would be great to have more customization and branding.

> **Inconvénients**: Too complicated and too many options to sift through when customizing event types, booking pages, etc. AND, was surprised to discover that to switch from a paid plan back down to their free Basic plan, you have to wipe your account and start fresh. Downgrading is not possible, yet they don't mention this anywhere on pricing/tiers page. To me this is very misleading and borderline fraudulent, especially since in their copy they imply you can downgrade after a free trial ends (but not once you're a regular user??).

> **Avantages**: It presents a custom form for prospects to fill when they set up an appointment. There is a lot of room for customization here, and that's why I started using this in the first place.

> **Inconvénients**: Setting everything up can be confusing. The software is not intuitive to me, with different names for things than I would have expected. You set up the form in one interface and then you have to go to another interface to link it to campaigns. Both places have settings with the same name, but they affect the output differently.
> 
> THough it was a challenge to set up, it's now working great. Huge fan of the way it integrates with landing pages, and how it sends the client one thing and me another--I get all the info I need, saved right in the calendar invite, whcih makes the sales call setup a lot simpler. No searching the CRM for stuff, it's right where I need it.
