Was easy to integrate with the functions of my business.

Commentaires : This software meets our necessities. Our company is fanned out across the UAE and this permits us to follow the proprietors of every resource alongside planning their areas the nation over. Helpful "Receiving" and "Issuing" highlights function admirably for resources that much of the time change hands.

Avantages :

Ease to Use and understand Inventory Management is very accurate Asset Management is easily handled User Interface is simple and easy to understand. Traceability is very good.

Inconvénients :

Few Missing Features are there. Challenges in Usage for first time beginner Some Confusion at the initial stage

Avantages :

I like how user friendly it is. I'm able to easily utilize it's feature both on my computer and on the Mobile App.

Inconvénients :

I wish that they offered a GPS feature for assets managed with EZO.

Commentaires : It was overall great and very easy to use after learning how to use it.

Avantages :

It was very efficient and very understanding for the quickness I needed the gear and delivered for well.

Inconvénients :

The gear I checked out (black magic) did not describe the additional contents of the package, like batteries, no lense, etc. So kr was hard to figure out what I needed to get overall.

I love how easy it is to check in and check out equipment, and the mobile app is super handy for on-the-go access.

Inconvénients :

The report customization options are a bit limited, and I wish there were more integrations available with other software we use.

Why should we use EZ-Inventory and Why not

Commentaires : It overall good, As we are using it from last 3-4 years and we are very well satisfied with EZ services, afterall it helps us to manage our overall org inventory system.

Avantages :

Pros as per me :- 1. Easy to manage all the assets inventory. 2. Option to upload bulk assets inventory from excel sheet, It save hell lot of time. 3. You are many option of pulling out reports and thier custom report pulling feature is option , it has multiple options to cover in your excel sheet which you want to export. 4. User friendly UI

Inconvénients :

There are 2 cons :- 1. There is no option to create a parent state, I don;t know I have to create a parent substate as "decommisioned"but I was not able to do so, Then I have to create a custom substate under "Retired" section. 2. Reports dashboard should is not easy to understand, I took session from the ez team but they also not able to create that such type of report dashboard.

Alternatives envisagées : ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus

Pourquoi passer à EZOfficeInventory : so manage engine has some limitations, It only store the data of laptops which has their agents installed on the devices. We used to buy bulk devices and we cann't install manage engine agents on all the devices in a go, It very painful task, so we decided to go for a solution on which we can upload all the assets inventory by excel sheet.. That's the big reason to switch on EZ-inventory.

Very good inventory management software

Commentaires : Its easy enough to use. Once you get the logic its pretty much direct. It has a lot or reporting options and customization options which I really like.

Avantages :

I like the logic of the things. The way we manage to track the devices with users.

Inconvénients :

We dont have an option for users to request a software license so we can track which user has what subscription

Commentaires : Over all I had very good experience using EZOffice inventory where I can allocate assets to new users as well as able track the inventory in warehouse so that’s based on info I can take necessary actions and at the time of I audit I can show the report very smooth

Avantages :

I can have live inventory data so that I can manage accordingly and I can have live updates

Inconvénients :

It has less admin control rights due to that there is a data disturbancy

Easy to Use - Powerful Inventory Manager

Avantages :

We use EZOffice everyday. The simple nature of adding a new unit to our inventory, the ease of checking in and out items and how simple it is to locate a missing asset cannot be overstated. We, as a team, have not have had any issues with EZOffice, and our jobs are made more efficient because of it.

Inconvénients :

EZOffice does what we need it to do and it does it well. I cannot think of any issues we have had with it.

Commentaires : I got to use this to implement a whole inventory system for a painting company. It was a great experience for me, the company president, and the crew. Knowing what you have and what you need saves so much time and helps you save resources.

Avantages :

I love the different options and versatility for each product type you can really keep track of everything from expenses to quantities, it keeps things super efficient in our business!

An Excellent Tool

Avantages :

How clean and clear everything is presented. Most inventory systems I have used are cluttered and frustrating to use. It functions quickly as well. The mobile device setup is ideal.

It is relatively simple to learn and implement. I learned the basics very quickly

Inconvénients :

The search feature can be annoying. Creating groups and sub groups helps narrow searches, but too often hen using the search bar, the items searched is not narrow enough. The group and sub group feature is very impotent.
