The pros with RTA largely outweigh the cons. They have great customer support. Their turnover rate is low so you end up talking to the same people, and when you call you get a friendly voice not an automated system. Its not a one size fits all solution, they will fit it to your business. They will customize if you want. It doesn't come with a huge price tag that says "no changes allowed". Their 7.0 product will help them be a lot more competitive with the big players, it puts them right up to the top. Between the price and what you get, I would use and suggest RTA time and time again. They continually update, improve and expand their product. They listen to your suggestions. There were many times we asked for something and they ending up delivering those "wish list" items. With any large software system, there are screens and fields that some business' dont end up using, such is with software. I use about 25% of all the functions of Microsoft Word. Their reporting was/is outdated, but they are aggressively making changes to it and improving it. I remember the reason our company went with RTA was the customer support, the willingness of the management to meet and talk with us, and their flexibility to our requests of expanding their product to fit our needs. ----- ### "NBX Fleet Shop" — 5.0/5 > **Dave** | *18 novembre 2025* | Transport routier/ferroviaire | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Customer Support: We have had some issues with the start up with the RTA software; we have transitioned through a couple support specialists with No Avail. The team is always friendly and so very helpful. I usually am greeted by \[sensitive content hidden\] and she is such a wonderful and helpful person to be greeted by. I imagine there is a lot of people using RTA to help run their business and with the stream of calls for service while everyone is transitioning and bugs are being worked out for everyone's satisfaction, everyone I talk to has been helpful and ready to tackle any of the issue my company brings to them. > > **Inconvénients**: One thing I had a hard time catching onto was the in program chatting section. I like that there are little pop ups now to let me know I need to go check on tickets and conversations. If there was a tutorial, I don't think it stuck with me very good. > > When I started working for my company, I was given 1 month of training with the RTA program. Most of my training was self-taught. I noticed right away that everything I explored had an explanation of what I was looking into. And it made my experience less frustrating because my questions were being answered right in the software, from reports to detailed tabs and subtabs. I love that there is no additional cost if I have a simple question to be answered or if a support ticket needs to be made. Having to leave Classic version was hard. But RTA gave us lots of time to adjust and being able to go back and forth and compare each side of the same product was very helpful in my personal transition. Everything operates off their 40 year old "classic" version so new features have to fit that format.
