Good features for the price, it does what we need it to
Avantages :
The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.
Inconvénients :
Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.

CezanneHR has been a solid choice for managing our HR needs. One of the things that stands out is their their customer support for both HR & payroll queries. Whenever we've encountered issues or had questions, their support team has been responsive and helpful, ensuring that we can resolve things quickly. Overall, CezanneHR is a dependable tool with good support backing it up.

A potential drawback of CezanneHR is that working with document templates can be slightly cumbersome, as the editing process can make customising documents slightly more time-consuming than expected.

What really stood out to me was the implementation process—our implementation manager made it not just smooth, but genuinely fun and enjoyable. Everyone I've interacted with at Cezanne has been amazing, from the support team to the product specialists and sales team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction shines through in every interaction, to even the events they put on.
Avantages :
How customisable it is, which suits our needs as a small company perfectly. The system is highly reliable with no downtime, and the support team are quick, efficient, and friendly. It’s also very user-friendly and easy to navigate for our employees and managers. They consistently release updates and are responsive to customer feedback. And it is affordable in cost for us.
Inconvénients :
Shift worker patterns are hard to implement and can take a lot of admin time to ensure they are correct.

Commentaires : In the beginning I found Cezanne not very user friendly and was hard to get my head around. However with Cezanne's helpdesk and video calls I am more or less up to speed with it. Overall it is a decent system that needs some updates to certain things like the limited mobile app .
Avantages :
The built in analytic reports makes reporting on different departments and shifts very easy which is ideal in my job role.
Inconvénients :
Can't set up a notification for when a employee deletes holiday. This sometimes causes an issue when we have them down as on holiday but then they say they have been working.
Good HR System
Commentaires : Cezanne is a good HR system with great potential. Our experience is that quite often you need to pay extra to access different parts of the systems, some of which you would expect to be part of your overall set up.
Avantages :
Dedicated account manager at initial set up is hugely beneficial. Helpdesk are relatively quick in responding to queries. Like most HR systems, you need to invest a lot of time getting to understand the system and it's different capabilities. We are almost 2 years with Cezanne and still learning.
Inconvénients :
Set up was tricky. Not able to speak to anyone and no live chat function. Ticket system works well most of the time but can be quite frustrating for complex queries.

An adequate HR website that suffers from many minor issues

Cezanne has by and large improved the HR experience here, however a large part of this is due to how poor it was before Cezanne.
This is a great idea, with good ideas, that sadly falls short of the mark when considering user function.
Avantages :
This software makes it easy to contact my company regarding sickness/annual leave/working from home/etc and provides a nice tracker to show exactly how many days I have taken, and, regarding annual leave, how many I have left. The Dashboard is useful for showing a brief overview of everything I have on there, such as unfinished tasks which is a useful reminder. From a management position it is useful as it allows the review of all employee's absences from one location and provides historical evidence of this. Reports on Starters/Leavers are available via email
Inconvénients :
Many small issues with the software and the support team. The absence forms are unwieldy and could be greatly improved. One of the greatest improvements that could be made would be the removal of the redundant "OK" button on the absence request form as it literally serves no purpose. The Save button saves it, the Submit Request button submits it, the OK button tricks users into thinking something has been done. The Website itself is somewhat slow to load certain forms however this is manageable. The Home button is simply the Cezanne logo - inexperienced users might struggle to find this. When arranging leave, whether sickness or annual, I need to confirm that my co-workers can cover my shift, Cezanne does not appear to offer any means of CC'ing a co-worker in to the request which would be extremely useful. As a member of IT I require reports regarding Starters and Leavers from Cezanne - these are provided, however expire after a single opening of the link. I appreciate this is for security purposes, however a password protected document would achieve the same aim without totally wiping the data, often requiring re-sending of the email. On certain users in the office Cezanne simply does not work on Internet Explorer and though the support team was contacted several times no fix was ever found. I simply had to install Chrome on each users computer to get it working, however this is suboptimal as IE is the company standard as Chrome cannot be limited so easily.

We agree with you that the OK button on the absence form is confusing. It is going to be removed shortly (and some other improvements made to this area). However, ii sounds as if a number of the issues you mention ¿ such as the logo, reports and team calendars - could be down to the way that your system is set up. They¿d also be keen to understand the issues you mention with IE as we work hard to make sure the Cezanne HR runs well in all of the modern browsers. Great, easy to use and does so much more than you think
Commentaires : I really enjoy using this, it is a pleasure to use. Set up is very straightforward and doesn't take too long, provided you give them all the information required.I would say I find things out as I go as sometimes you find the system does something you didn't know, which is great. I'm looking forward to implementing more of the modules.
Avantages :
I like the simplicity of the product. It is very easy to use and makes it easy for employees to use as well. You don't have to have any big training session with employees.All the information for employees is in one place, taking away the need for countless spreadsheets. The support for the system is great, if you can't find what you are looking for in the help section, then you can contact a member of the team and they are usually very quick to come back to you.I also like that there is so much more to explore and add on when you are ready to use all the features and functionality.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes when you are trying to change a person who has a team, you can get stuck in a loop of you can't change one thing, until you change another, but then it comes up with another thing to change. But that is usually when I contact support.

Excellent value and user friendly HR system
Commentaires : The setup process was simple and efficient and went smoothly. The system is user friendly so we didn't need any dedicated training, and the support team was always ready to give us any advice when needed.
Avantages :
Cezanne HR is superior in many ways to other software packages we looked at. It's extremely user friendly, so even employees who aren't regular computer/app users have no problems booking holidays etc. It is very flexible and the reporting/analytical capabilities are great, so it's very easy to get information out of the system. The value for money is also exceptionally good, which was a high priority for us when looking for our first digital HR system.
Inconvénients :
It's difficult to find any negatives with Cezanne, but we did find that when looking at setting up shift patterns the system doesn't really accommodate this very well. The support team did advise us of a workaround, but it wasn't ideal.

Cezanne HR Review
Commentaires : Generally positive, roll out was easy enough and the support provided by the support team has been consistent. We did have some issues with the account manager assigned to our account however that has since been resolved.
Avantages :
Ease of deployment and ease of use, for an off the shelf system there is a fair level of customisation available.
Inconvénients :
The areas that we are limited in customising are the performance management module, in terms of titling and labelling boxes and information available at different stages to the employee and manager.At times you can get stuck in a system loop when updating deployment records which can be frustrating as the notification messages don't go into enough detail to help you pin point what exactly is causing the loop so it can take some time to resolve.
It is very flexible and useful system and it is getting better
Commentaires : We probably could not find a better system for our needs so it definitely works fine for us and the level of support is quite good as well (support from actual people)
Avantages :
Flexibility - Our organisation is quite complex and with a lots of part-time staff. We need to tailor a lot of processes. Cezanne has a lot of functions for the company to set the system as they need it.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes there are still some functionality missing like with documents replacing future hours to be able to create a contract change document or some processes are very specific and it is very easy to set them wrong and make them fail.

CezanneHR, why it's a good thing for us all...
Avantages :
Having been apart of the team in my business to introduce CezanneHR, coming from nothing at all, we were pleasantly surprised how accommodating the Cezanne support staff were to assisting us on boarding. At times our hand was held, especially through some complex "approval" workflows scenarios but it all got there in the end. We very much like that there is an iOS app, being all Apple users. The app is updated fairly frequently and is responsive even on some older models like the iPhone 5s.
Inconvénients :
I feel CezanneHR could benefits from a 'face lift' of sorts. It seams its been stuck with the same user interface for some time now, and although the web and iOS app are mirrors in looks and feels, it almost certainly has an outdated charm about it when comparing to competitiors.

Ideal HR Software for SMEs
Commentaires : We have a number of flexible working patterns and using Cezanne has automated calculating holiday entitlements. It is an easy to use, one-stop shop for storing and retrieving employee information. It has also been useful for capturing document storage and gathering electronic signatures to ensure employees have read changes to procedures or other important documents.
Avantages :
Cezanne was a great investment for our business as it helped to streamline and automate a number of manual processes that we had been carrying out. It is user friendly and cloud based allowing for easy use from home or on site.
Inconvénients :
Cezanne seems to have taken on board requests for improvement over the years and it has become much easier to use than in the early days.

Commentaires : Honestly, the best HR data management tool I have worked with so far !
Avantages :
- Outstanding customer support. - Smooth onboarding process. Our POC from Cezanne was amazing and extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of onboarding. - The system can service any type of business (regardless of how complex is your company organigram, compensation system etc. ) - You can transit the entire vacation and absence tracking process to Cezanne, hence no need to use yet another tool. - The system is very overarching and it encompasses all the possible HR data a company can or should manage. - It is GDPR compliant and in general, it has very high standards when it comes to data security and protection.
Inconvénients :
The system is quite complex and complicated at times, hence it will take a bit of more time to get the hang of it (for instance the onboarding process seemed a bit longer as compared with the other onboardings we had for other tools).

Commentaires : We have worked with Cezanne for a number of years and are impressed with their customer service and dedication to improve and constantly evolve their product.
Avantages :
The product is easy to use and customise according to the organisation's requirements. Processes are effective and efficient. Submitting support tickets is straight forward and the customer support team are a dedicated group of staff intent on providing excellent response times, advice and solutions to our needs. The development team are constantly striving to make useful improvements to the software
Inconvénients :
So many functions available that we haven't fully tapped into the resources that are at one's fingertips!
Value for money
Commentaires : The development team and helpdesk are really reactive. The products work really well together and it is easy to purchase add-ons and set them live.

Writing letters can be hard to create templates, and setting up appraisals is a bit tricky.
