It is hard to really put a price on the value that brings. When it comes to the daily features needed to operate a successful service business, Jobber has them all (almost!).
The problem is there is no pricing function in the description area for estimating your job.

Jobber makes me not hate running a business
Commentaires : Great. very happy and we make many decisions in how we operate based on how Jobber helps us accomplish where we want to go.
Avantages :
From getting customers info at the request stage, creating quotes that collect deposits, seamless transition to work orders, to effortless collection on invoices Jobber makes running a business a lot easier then it normally is. Export to QBO saves us a ton of time with our Book Keeper.
Inconvénients :
Not having inventory is a bummer. There is a huge focus on Marketing to customers which I'm sure is very important to most companies. Inventory, IMHO would be the cherry on top and would GREATLY simply my life and would significantly increase the value of Jobber (I would happily pay more for this option)

I can't imagine going back to the time "before" Jobber.
Commentaires : It was really hard for my and my manager to fully learn and then immerse our company into Jobber parameters. We are there now and still finding ways to use the tasks, events, reminders etc to help us keep things running smoothly
Avantages :
Jobber enables my company to retain more information and service more client homes. With Jobber's help, we have been able to build 40% more business this year over last year. I don't think we could have done that without the software to manage it all. Payments come in quickly, we have less cancellations due to the reminder notifications. Tipping has gone way up with the tip feature in Jobber payments. We likely win more bids due to the professional appearance of Jobber. It has upped our communication with clients to a higher level. Integrates well with our reviews program in NiceJob. The request form is so valuable to us as we have it connected to our website and it funnels leads in the back door. The benefits are many and the pain points few.
Inconvénients :
sync errors with Quickbooks are many, automated job timers don't function for us so we can't use that portion of the system, sometimes the tipping function is hard to find for our customers and they end up not tipping, automated reminders cannot be cancelled or retrieved short notice, several other little things but these are on the top of our list

Many improvements needed
Commentaires : We have used them for 2.5 years now and are looking forward to switching as soon as our year is up (also, stick to month to month because you're not getting out of that annual commitment come hell or high water). Whe we have asked about small changes needed to better fit our operations, the only answer we've ever gotten was that something wasn't possible, or we needed to increase the amount we pay for a negligible service improvement.
Avantages :
It is fine for doing exactly what the designers of the software want it to do. It's simple to use.
Inconvénients :
There is zero flexibility without upsell after upsell. If you want any customization at all, there are no options.

We like the usability of the software not only for team members but for our customers as well.

Job costing & tracking for longer or larger jobs is rather cumbersome or nonexistent in Jobber.

Gallo Bros Power Washing
Commentaires : It’s been pretty good. I like it better than other crms because I do everything on my phone really. Plus your support team is pretty damn good. My brother and I in year 1 as a pressure washing business generated 400k and I can’t say we would have done it without Jobber. The invoices are super professional and I’m from the generation that uses chat gpt in College lol so it’s super easy for me to integrate that whether that’s in my line items or the confirmations Jobber makes accessible to users. Thanks guys and thank you the new referral program too…I gotta try that out next. If you could please get me a number with my area code too I would be thrilled. Thanks -Gallo Brothers

I like how jobber is mobile friendly especially to my generation lol. - We can create a request in a matter of seconds - We can invoice on the fly - Two way text messaging makes it easy when it comes to my client base - Easy to get my clients a yearly contract on the job site
Inconvénients :
- They don’t have a area code for my Jobber number - No text campaign “yet” - When I click call it calls though my personal cell rather than my Google voice number. - Need the ability to integrate any contact for on a website to go to jobber

My take on Jobber
Commentaires : Great, they are forward thinking and I love having most everything for our business in one platform.
Avantages :
Overall simplicity and focus on user experience, both for us and the client.

Email and text message deliverability isn’t always the best and can get caught in spam filters

First Year in Jobber
Commentaires : This is our first year with Jobber and we have really been able to move faster and get things done easier than our old program. We do not regret moving to Jobber and plan to stay with them for a long time. So far major improvements for us over our last CRM.
Avantages :
It brought all of the programs into one program. From invoice to Quotes and even inter staff communication.
Inconvénients :
The GPS integration is lacking and does not really help us track the fleet.
Alternatives envisagées : Service Pro
Pourquoi choisir Jobber : Way too much for our small company. Its very complicated and hard to teach new staff to use.

A must have business partner

Avantages :
The general ease of use was my initial favorite part of using Jobber. In the year since implementing this tool I have grown to love how committed J9bber is to updating and improving it's features.
Inconvénients :
I have no negatives about Jobber that I can think of.

The scheduling planner doesn't suit our need so we have to use another system for future planning of jobs.

Well worth the investment

The seemless work flow setup. Basically does everything for you.
Inconvénients :
Cost is a factor if you just starting out and the packages are not as customizable as I'd like so you end up paying for features you may not use or need.

Amazing CRM with world class support
Commentaires : 10/10 - best customer support you can ask for and the workflow is amazing.
Avantages :
the user interface and workflow is next level. it's so smooth and sexy to navigate, the client-facing stuff looks super good, clean, and easy for them to use and navigate.
Inconvénients :
Quotes. I wish there was a better way to build a bid. I don't show materials and labor on bids just the total cost and my bid building and production rates are impossible to incorporate into jobber - Its the only thing in my business that i use another software for.

The app lacks some features - unscheduled jobs. The GPS and time tracking could use some work.

More time in the field, less time in the office.
Commentaires : For years I struggled with managing the operations of my business. Jobber has helped to streamline operations for me. I used to spend at least 1 day a week working on administration and operations. Jobber has streamlined administrative tasks which means I spend more time in the field helping my clients and less time in the office.
Avantages :
Jobber has helped me to streamline operations and cashflow within my business including new client acquisition, reviews, invoicing, and scheduling. I'm able to take a look at the dashboard each day and see how my business is doing before I head out the door on service calls. Throughout the day I get reminders for clients who schedule directly with me as soon as they fill out jobbers scheduling form which allows me to reach out to them immediately while in the field for a quick conversation, this has increased customer retention and our relationships with our clients.
Inconvénients :
Jobber is a comprehensive platform with a lot of features and services, we use jobber for our whole business and this can make certain parts of the platform hard to understand in the beginning. Overtime, I've gotten a better handle on it and call jobber support more often than trying to figure something out for myself.

Jobber CRM is what I was looking for.
Commentaires : The staff I have interacted with have been pleasant and quite flexible with their scheduling. The training session was quite good and I look forward to being able to hire staff and have them effectively trained by the Jobber team.
Avantages :
I like the flow that starts with the customer request, converted to a quote, then to a job to schedule, then to an invoice at the completion of the job. It helps me alot being able to see what I am actively working on.
Inconvénients :
There are some quirks with QBO sync, but i have not experienced any major issues. Expense tracking is a little lackluster, you have to manually enter the data. Progress payments for larger jobs is cumbersome at first, there are methods, but I don't think they are well documented.

Avantages :
How good the program looks. It's seamless, easy to use, clients love the look of proposals. It's the iPhone of home service software.
Inconvénients :
The only thing I could say is that Jobber is a jack of all trades, literally. It works for plumbers, HVAC, cleaning companies, and landscapers like my self. They add features and integrations to help tailor the product to each trade.

Booked and Busy
Commentaires : This is the first platform we have used for our service business. It has worked out quite well, because it was easy to learn and it functions as we need it to.
Avantages :
Ease of use Stable A very broad platform to conduct business from first call to followup all in one place The help desk actually helps! I have never had a problem we couldn't solve quickly
Inconvénients :
Sometimes it is hard to find pages. Maybe include ALL pages in the drop down menus for Clients
Service plumbing company thoughts
Commentaires : The system is great and make my life way easier. No need to ever sale plumbing, only present options for my clients and homeowners.
Avantages :
System is modern, clean and efficient. Multiple options for collection of payments and app to finance. The price book is just wonderful. My clients really appreciate the investment of the system and makes things so smooth to present to them. The internal processing is clutch and simplistic. Notes, photos to attach to jobs, invoices and requests. Hands down a great product. Must try for your business.
Inconvénients :
So far none to be honest. I really do love the system.

New start up service business can't loose with Jobber!!!
Commentaires : Really, Really love it!! There have been times I am in the field and finish my service calls with time to spare. I can contact my dispatch, see if another call can be added to my schedule, and I am all set to go!!
Avantages :
Ease of starting setup, FANTASTIC customer support from the start and continuing whenever we have a question!

I would like to see a small inventory management capability for ordering parts and consumables.

The Ease of Jobber
Commentaires : I have had a great experience with Jobber from the beginning in 2015 to today. I expect to continue to use it as long as I am in this business. Their responsiveness to questions and concerns is great and the functinality of the software for our purposes is exactly what we need.
Avantages :
I love that Jobber gave me the ability to organize all my crews' schedules, job notes, and invoices all in one program. Then having all clients info job related info stored in an easy to access platform is awesome experience for us and the customer.
Inconvénients :
The timeclock management or tracking is probably the feature that I think could use the most improvements.
