It can easily compete with the likes of Opera on a daily usage basis Unlike a lot of systems that involve alot of clicks and back steps, Hotel Exec guides you through processes with ease. This makes the system very easy to use and to pick up. The vast reports provide invaluable information that allows you to make the right decisions for the strategy of your business. In addition, its simple yet versatile rate management and integrations with a number of channel managers means that bookings are quickly delivered and reduces the risk of overbooking at the price you want. > > **Inconvénients**: While the rate matrix is incredible, it would be nice if you could apply hotel level controls (Min LOS etc) to all rates in one click rather than on each rate. > > Overall, I love working with Hotel Exec. The team at Avon Data are second to none. Unlike a lot of large system providers, the team at Avon will listen to ideas and if possible will implement. Some take a snapshot in time, others project forward or back, some report net, others report gross. There are loads of very useful reports which are necessarily very complex, therefore a full description of their purpose would make them much more user friendly. > > Very positive.
