> **Avantages**: It can quickly bring communications for employees out, and articles have useful features. It allows interaction with the comments and rating options.

> **Inconvénients**: I dont like that doesn't have smart options to manage multiple time zones so people posting events always have complaints from atendees or are forced to create multiple versions of the same events. Not sure if is a restriction from my company or Axero doesnt have a solution for it but it would be great that some content was accesible when employees scan a qr code with their personal mobile devices.

> I use it less than others to sporadically post articles or events but have never created a space so my experience is limited ffrom that point of view.

> Overall experience has been good.  Very user friendly and I can easily find documents and areas I need to access.  When something needs my attention, I always get notifications which means I don't miss anything important or useful.

> Our overall experience with Axero has been great. They were helpful during onboarding, being readily available for working meetings to ensure the successful launch of the platform.

> **Avantages**: The ability to customize and its ease of use. It fairly easy to teach others to use it and they usually like the layout which is important when you first show your collegues their new platform of communication.

> **Inconvénients**: There are some functionality which should be available but isnt.  Its very important to make a platform like this blend in with the rest of the company software.  And also to make visually appealing there should be available default images to use for posts. Like the icons that already exists but a bigger version for the "carddeck" function for instance. Also Calendar sync. with outlook would be great otherwise nobody is going to use the calendar. @mention people should be possible everywhere. Online live collaboration on word docs (google docs) would be nice. Permissions should be faster to set up, especially for files (isnt there any better way to set permissions then going through every folder?)
