The wording of some stuff just doesn't make sense. I find calling a client the "job" very confusing. When you are working on billing, it doesn't signal errors or anything. It would be more helpful to signify a mistake that is made or a box that needs to be filled in. And if a box doesn't need to be filled in, or even used for billing, don't include it at all.
