Commentaires : As time passes, it becomes less of a hassle for me to use this. Virtual knowledge has made my life easier and more organized. As a result of our feedback, Procurify was able to make a few changes that improved our experience with their platform.

Avantages :

Reordering a product and setting it up to be a recurrent order is convenient for me. The requester, the item's name, and other identifiers make it simple to follow the progress of an order. A prior order can be found in a variety of ways. It's great that we were able to implement some adjustments that improved our output.

Inconvénients :

In my opinion, it would be fantastic if Procurify could add a back-editing tool. The current process of having to replicate and edit data if you make a mistake is time consuming.

Procurify- "Ease of access"

Commentaires : It was a good experience and would use it again.

Avantages :

It is very user friendly and saves all data which helps when you have your quarterly meetings and are looking for a particular purchase order.

Inconvénients :

Cannot think of anything, it made my work a little easier.

My Experience With Procurify

Likelihood of Profurify

Commentaires : I love Procurify because it's easy to use since I use this platform everyday as the Accounts Payable/Business Admin Clerk.

Avantages :

The site never shuts down or freezes! Thank goodness! Plus it's easy to use and figure out.

Inconvénients :

I really have nothing bad to say about Procurify. Basically perfect.

Commentaires : For the most part it has been easy to learn. Once you get the hang of it all is good. I really love that it keeps the things you order all the time in the que so you can just pull it up and click it.

Avantages :

Ease of reordering supplies already ordered in the past.

Having to make separate tickets for different places of business we are ordering from.

Procurify Review

Commentaires : It has been very positive and I highly recommend Procurify to others! So many end users have complimented the system and how easy it is to use. I think the biggest question that comes up is "is that it...?" as users are not used to something this easy to use.

Avantages :

The ease of use, the straightforwardness of the platform, the sleekness and the customer support.

Inconvénients :

Right now, the way it integrates will NetSuite is not the smoothest (e.g. data syncing). There are also some random features/settings that would be nice to edit that we do not have the ability to edit.

Fast and seamless procurement and purchasing

Commentaires : I really enjoy it and it has made a world of different. The barrier to placing orders is much lower than if I had to send an email. It is organizationally very efficient.

My Current Perspective of Procurify

Commentaires : I have been using this for about three years now and it is getting easier as time passes. I have not used any other software like this so there is nothing to compare it to but I do like that it is user friendly.

Avantages :

I like being able to easily reorder an item as well as assign it as a recurring order. Also, it is easy to track an item order based on the requester, items name, etc. It gives several ways to find a previous order.

Inconvénients :

I would like to not have the same item listed in the history when it is ordered. It would be easier to adjust the info once it is located. Having the same item listed multiple times in the history does not seem beneficial from my point of view and it takes longer to use the version needed for that item.

Flexibility

Commentaires : Procurify is the second system that I have used, and I feel that it was an improvement for us to switch to this system. After our first year of use, I like that we were able to make some changes that helped our productivity. I hope that after this year, we will understand even better what can help us, and they will be able to make more changes.

Avantages :

The first year we switched to Procurify, it wasn't easy because it seemed so different from the system I was used to. But it did not take me long to get up to speed with Procurify. I have come to enjoy the layout and ease of having virtual information at my fingertips. We noticed some items that would be beneficial for us to have easier access, and Procurify was able to make the changing which made it more enjoyable to use their system.

Inconvénients :

I would like to see the student's balance be present at the end of each page. Sometimes, when working with families, I have to go back to where that posted information is to make sure the student has the funds in their account to do what is desired.

Super Easy to Explore and Use

Commentaires : I am really happy with this tool. It help us organize everything that we order in our company as it provides us with history and good routing functions as well for automated approval process

Avantages :

The good thing about this tool is that you can create multiple buckets in order to separate the charges for each markets, especially for company like us. It helping us track ordres from each market and check whether it's still within the budget Navigating your past orders is also super easy. You can check the history of the previously ordered item with their easy filter feature. Routing orders can easily be set up based on business needs, we don't need to email them separately to remind them to approve as all approvers can be reminded through this tool and they get notifcation on emails. The good thing about this is, it has an app. you can view and approve anything even when outside. People in the organization can also raise a question regarding the specific order by commenting on that order itself. This saves time in emailing and taking a screenshot of what are you referring to cause you with this functionility, you can easily click on VIEW LINKS to see which order was that comment is for

Inconvénients :

Most of the things are actually good, i can't complain more. If anything, maybe a chat support functionality on the home page of the tool can be added so we can easily reach out to anyone if we have any questions

Procurify has been an overall pleasant experience.

Commentaires : It saves time for the Finance Department and meets the burden of Internal Controls for the Board of Directors.

Avantages :

The notifications are great to have on the mobile app and on our Slack software for approvers. The approval process for request orders helps our Finance team with Internal Control. The purchase orders are ascetically pleasing and easy to understand.

Inconvénients :

The request orders are difficult and counter-intuitive to fill out. There should be a much easier way to have users put in a request order. There should be more customization with roles in Settings. Most of my users only need access to request orders. They have no need for an Expense request or Travel Request.

Private School uses Procurify to manage its spending

Commentaires : Controlling our spending on all purchases for a private school. We track all departments (Athletics, Academics, Facilities, Marketing, Technology, Developement, Business Office). Nice that it has the QuickBooks chart of accounts to be able to track budget to accounts payable.

Avantages :

1. Cloud-based 2. Manages by function/department 3. Can immediately stop overspending before it occurs 4. provides real-time update of spend to budget 5. uses QuickBooks chart of accounts

Inconvénients :

1. not integrated with QuickBooks 2. search is not across all functions 3. setup was harder than it had to be 4. departments should be able to see the status of their budgets and not have to be an approver to see if purchase is within budget parameters

Avantages :

Ease of attaching quotes and running totals - for proofreading - as line items are entered.

Navigation. Specifically searching for previous purchases.

Great Procurement Product

Commentaires : Subscribed to the service as a way to issue purchase orders and track departmental capx and opex expenditures. Used for procurement tracking only as accounting has their own accounts payable / receivables system for formalized payments.

Avantages :

* Cloud based, easy to access. * Product catalogs and bundling of commonly order items makes it quick and easy. * Ability to store related documents (quotes, invoices) with the purchase orders. * Comment fields for order tracking and delivery updates. * Ability to have multiple companies setup under the same account. * Granular level of permissions access.

Inconvénients :

* Search has improved, But there is still no way to find orders based on budget codes. * Reporting is lacking. Instead, I must download a data extract and use a BI reporting tool to supplement. * Lacks the ability to customize display grids for add/remove/change column fields

Very intuitive

Commentaires : It is a nice intuitive product with a reasonable price

Avantages :

I like that the functionality is very intuitive. I like the replicate feature and the app is very nice.

Inconvénients :

The support is no accesible. I like to use chat features and then if that doesn't work I like a phone number to call. I have had issues and not able to access any support other than email tickets. A more robust support is the only reason I wouldn't recommend Procurify to other finance/accounting collegues.

Great Procurement Software

Commentaires : I have been using this application for 6 years now and I have only had a good experience. My use is receiving items and ordering items. In both categories Procurify is very easy to use. You can add notes to orders and quickly reorder items if needed. The budget tracking is thorough and concise. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a procurement application to try Procurify out.

Avantages :

Intuitive UI, Great customer support, easy order tracking and reordering.

Inconvénients :

This is rare, but there have been times the website was down.

-It is very easy to use -Do not abuse ram on my computer -Has a demo What I love most about Procurify is that it has an Android application, so from anywhere I can monitor the processes, no time is wasted looking for the records I need.

I do not think I have any against, the design of the application is very good, intituivamente you can find everything very easy.
