> **Avantages**: Very easy to use and set up and would be great for a small business that doesn't need to do anything too complex

> **Inconvénients**: It seems like new features are just never added. The last major update I can find was dated March 2023, and it was just to add custom fields. Development feels like it's been totally abandoned despite having regular feedback submissions, which doesn't imspire much confidence in the longevity of the platform

> The platform is great, but it does feel like it's been abandoned and just never gets new features or updates. We're currently scouting other CRMs that have a more active development cycle, which is a pity as FLG is a UK based company. Support also takes forever to answer emails, and never picks up the phone.
