The web version still has a lot to improve in contrast with the reliable desktop version. We use third party apps for larger events and it creates me so much extra work. There are often some bugs, hiccups and lags which gets frustrating (Sometimes the loading screen takes so long, sometimes get kicked out of the system for no reason, saving doesn't work sometimes, difficulties for speakers to connect to Aircast compared to just using Zoom, frequent trouble for speaker/attendees to join onair sessions due to using mobile devices or other browser than google chrome, etc..) 2. I wish the interface would be more visually attractive (e.g. the attendee app and virtual portal) > > Although there are often some bugs and hiccups, it's a great software because it's so versatile EA has a solution for almost everything we need for running an event. The customer service has also improved over the year and is reliable (although the product itself is sometimes not reliable). Although there are many export options available, creating a generic, reusable custom report is quite difficult.
