Avantages :

The software is great - it offers literally everything we need to offer customized products to our clients that they can modify and proof on their own. Their customer support is out of the world amazing!!!

Inconvénients :

So far we have not encountered any issues. They have been extremely proactive in making sure we are on top of everything and that they solve problems before they become problems.

Commentaires : My1of1 truly believes the future of fashion is customization so having a great w2p partner is essential in our growth.

Avantages :

Most times when you work with business sell you a software they don't take time to feel like a partner and not just a customer. Design N buy team were patient and allow us to take time with our prod cut integration.

Inconvénients :

The only cons is some of the functionally we saw as essential had to be paid for as add on customization .Even with those frustrations their team always provided a solution and discounting to make sure both sides were happy. AJ

Design N Buy delivers nothing but broken dreams

Commentaires : 0/10 would not recommend. Wish we had been warned because we were so excited about finally finding a software that we thought could meet our unique needs. Forget unique- we were not even able to get our basic website needs met. Once they have your check, they are happy to just pass you around enough until you just give up. Don't worry though- they will follow up when it's time to renew your subscription!

Avantages :

We liked their concepts and demos. Were very excited to get started.

Inconvénients :

From the beginning, the communication was poor and you will never be able to contact anyone directly. Just a support ticket (that will get closed if you don't respond quick enough). Lot's of back and forth with little progress. Then one day they just present you with a website that has nothing to do with what you discussed or needed. And tell you to watch the videos to make it look how you want to look and figure it out on your own.

My AIOD 3 works best with world class support

Commentaires : They care about my business and moreover about me. I had a bad setback and this new team took care of my concerns and always made sure that I could easily reach out to them when needed.

We signed up for the AIOD a few years back. Initially, I would say it was tough to understand these people. Some time I was banging my head where I had moved. Gradually, I experienced improvements in this company. Language was a very big challenge in the initial days. It's been more than 3 years since we have been using this software. Though we are at license. Doing our business in Africa. For the last year, I saw a lot of improvements in the team. I don't know what happened but I am happier than before with the team. On-time resolution, no delay follows up. The customer team is at par and they don't leave you. The new team makes sure your work is completed and takes feedback after the ticket is closed. Their new initiatives are customer-centric. I referred two of my business mates and guess what they got the work completed in 2 weeks only. I am jealous. The customer team does not even listen to you, they understand, talk, and find a solution. Now, I see a long way for this team. Miles to go. Really Happy with the Designnbuy team. Kudos to all of you especially the Customer team. They really care for you. World-class customer-centric team. You can be lazy but they won't stop connecting with you until you start acting. Surely, that's what Indians are known for. Their Customer team tagline of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam killed it. Good job.

Commentaires : In short, it facilitates the entire process of receiving orders and forwarding them to work. The job is easy to track between different stages, so we treat it as one employee that combines a commercialist and a designer, and it costs like an average salary in our market.

Avantages :

Simple, intuitive, relatively economically acceptable compared to others we checked, and offers almost the same possibilities. The operatives are cordial, accommodating and open to any agreement.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any particular complaints, maybe I would emphasize that some automatic/default options are not adapted equally to every search engine, but I would again emphasize that this is a problem that our associates from DNB immediately solve at our request.

Commentaires : Despite the flexibility and ease of the system, we studied each parameter in its settings to better understand how everything works. And this is a good experience that helps to perform the correct settings of any products.

Very flexible system for customizing products and goods. Many opportunities for the client to form an order, requests and calculations.

Probably the fact that we haven’t communicated with the team in real life yet, but only remotely via the Internet :)

Starting from sales to support all are very good in the team. I was assisted by some gentleman not aware of the name. He was really good with the product knowledge. We were looking for something which can meet our Order Management, Designing and Graphic designing need. We have 7+ stores which we maintain and connect with. Every day we are getting 80+ orders from each store and sometimes print work management becomes a pain in the neck. We were looking for someone who could help us with the initial setup, and migrate our create replica of the present website. We spoke with different vendors but everyone was missing something or other. We heard about Designb team from one of our common friends. We connected and started the conversation. Right from sales, people showed care and understood our request. Properly shared the recommendations and we started. In a span of two months, our website was ready. The default products were added and we could design rest. We also got a Graphic designer who helped us create new designs for us. really loved the way we are working together. Software and business solution in one

Avantages :

For us, as a small family printing company, the most helpful is that with Design’N’Buy we have our own IT and web design department within the company. Without much previous knowledge in these areas, we became recognizable on the market in a short period of time and stood out from the competition because Design’N’Buy enabled us to fully engage in our basic work and to progress. After two years of using it I claim with full responisbility that it would have cost us much more if we had built the web-to-print platform ourselves and paid someone to maintain it all this time. The solutions that were basically offered to us are mostly the ones that we needed, but there were no problems when we changed and adapted them according to the needs of the local market. We mastered most things very easily, and for larger requests, operatives from Design’N’Buy solved our problems in a short time, answered questions, introduced some specifics that we needed. All in all, we do not experience Design’N’Buy as an expense or a duty, but rather as a basic tool for work.

Inconvénients :

Basically, we have no complaints about Design'N'Buy, and if I had to mention something, it is that we are in different time zones and that our non-working days are different, but that is something that is accepted and easy to get used to, and in Design'N'Buy is trying so that we don't feel it.Also, the Design'N'Buy system is much bigger than ours and they have employees for different issues, but this is overcome by having an account that is responsible for us, so we turn to him/her, and he/she forwards it to those who are specifically responsible for it.

Custom Web2Print Solution

Commentaires : As with any development project, it has its challenges. However, the support team has been there for me. In particular, [sensitive content hidden]
was so, so very patient with me and obviously committed to the success of the project. He went above and beyond to help me through my steep learning curve. I would say that the Support/Customer Success team has been and continues to be a key factor in moving our project forward.

Avantages :

First of all, with this solution we didn't have to start from scratch with design. Also the DesignNBuy team was willing to listen to my vision of what we wanted to produce instead of making me use an "out of the box" solution. The features are abundant; but, at the same time, you have the flexibility of deciding how many or how few of them you want to implement. And of course, you can start by activating them progressively so that you aren't overwhelmed by the abundance of options.

Inconvénients :

This product is extremely robust. Being new to the Web2Print industry, I had a lot to learn and continue to learn. So perhaps this isn't really a con. It is more of a testament to the amount of features available and the depth of the product.

Commentaires : This company is beyond a scam. Do not use their products and services. You will regret the hours of your life waisted in attempting to setup a broken product with support that is not available or accountable. Once they have your money at implementation realize the empty promises and the warning you didn't take that has now cost you thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours. This company is a failure from start to finish.

Commentaires : Our old website was not user friendly and was not getting enough traffic on my website but with new website I attracted more crowd to the website and boost sales. My customers liked the ease of personalising and placing the orders online. Much higher engagement with customers. Business is seen as moving with the times.

Avantages :

They help me built a website on which my customers could place order and customise design online. I am not a technical person but the software is user-friendly and I can contact support anytime to resolve my issues. People are very helpful and solved my queries.

Inconvénients :

It took a long time to get to know all the features, and then had to train all of my employees, so it was a bit tricky. However, once I got used to it the experience was quite smooth. The process was a bit lengthy.

Avantages :

Fundamentally organized setup with trained staffs and clear of their offerings, their training worth attending support portal interaction. Their recorded training always help our team for their references on confusion.

Inconvénients :

They have to work on merchandise customization module, plugin is awful not worth to be part of, like Mug print or tshsirt printing, technologically things have changed a lot they have to evolve or provide a different pluggin.

Commentaires : It's been a good experience although there is a learning curve due to the number of features that the software has. But I would rather have an abundance of features available than not enough. Product development is never easy but DNB team kept moving us forward. I have to give a shout out to the Customer Success/Support team especially [sensitive content hidden]. He didn't allow my team to get frustrated or bogged down in the process.

Avantages :

The solution had a solid design that we could build from. We could manage the whole process through one solution and had the ability to customize both the front and back end. The DesignNBuy team's willingness to collaborate and customize the solution based on our specs was important. Also the fact that we could have both a B2B and B2C option was appealing.

Inconvénients :

While it may not be a conventional "like least," but the extensive features of All-in-One Web2Print did require us to invest time in understanding its full potential. However, this investment in learning allowed us to unlock numerous functionalities that have become integral to our product, making the initial learning curve a worthwhile endeavor.

Avantages :

The front and backend are all available for administrators at one glance, therefore an easy-to-use the system. The customer service with [sensitive content hidden] has been more than helpful and he is very knowledgeable and patient to guide us in this adventure.

Inconvénients :

Once the test site was given to us, there could have been a better guidance on the steps of how to use the product properly, because for us, this was all new, we had no past experience with a web site and back end system, so we probably needed more guidance. But now, since we were taken under [sensitive content hidden], the steps to go live are running smoothly.

Commentaires : The ability to offer an online design tool to my customers that hands down beats them all is what I love best.
I have more customers tell me how fun is is to use this tool once they understand how it works, and the learning curve is low.

Avantages :

It does everything I was told it would do and then some! My favorite thing is the interface itself, I believe it's the best looking online design tool and has more features than anything I've found on the market today, plus the built in design guide help page is great.

Inconvénients :

The one thing I would like to see is type strokes on the outside of the letters not just center, but this is really an Inkscape issue and not an AIOD issue. I just make adjustments on my end after downloading the output file.

Avantages :

Design'N'Buy provides the best tool for customizing products in a webshop that we have found on the market! Our company have spent years and a great deal of money to find satisfying solutions for our customers' needs, now we have finally found what we've been looking for! All-in-One Web2Print offers all the features needed for us and as a bonus there are additional useful features that we had not thought of on our own. We are also very pleased with the excellent and fast customer service!

Inconvénients :

Dislikes about All-in-One Web2Print is hard to think of. The time zone differences between countries in different parts of the world is sometimes challenging, however, so far we have always managed to solve our schedules without problems nor delays.

Bad Product and Leadership

Commentaires : If you want to buy a product where there is no escalation for issues and bad product, purchase this solution. The reviews you see before this one are real and we had the same experience with the product and management. Overall negative experience and solution that is not worth buying. High turnover in their staff will have you banging your head on a wall

The fact it was on magento gives options for features

Inconvénients :

The website is very slow and hard to use. They have no documentation for you to learn to do it yourself. Customers leave the site because the overall performance is slow loading the pages and product configurations.

Design Develop Print and Ship

Commentaires : So far its good and hope to see a long term association with them.

Avantages :

AIO is a good tool. We have saved at least 20% on our wastage at the time of cutting. This really makes it easy for us to manage the multiplication work progress and you can easily track what is where. Approval of work is also available which makes it apart from other names in the industry.

Inconvénients :

UI Colors could be more customizable I guess. A theme that I can change would make it a little better.
