> It's hard to beat free, so that's good, and customer support was responsive and knowledgeable. Needs a minor tweak, but I'll use it again.

> **Inconvénients**: I can't see the reserve and current bid in my back end view.  I can either see bids on each item, but not what the reserve is or I can see the reserve but can't see what the bids are at.  I don't want to have to download a report to see these details side by side.

> I would say it's been excellent. It's the 3rd time we've used it and it's been fantastic each time.  Having the free (with tip option) this time has made the experience even better.
