As a devoted user of HubStaff, I've found the platform to be an invaluable asset in streamlining my time tracking and billing processes. However, I believe there's a significant opportunity for improvement by incorporating features that align with Israeli finance laws. Israel has unique regulatory requirements, and integrating these into HubStaff would undoubtedly elevate the platform's appeal for users in this region.

A good cheap tracking for development users on a budget

Commentaires : It is a program initially for engineers with a small budget or professionals with a low budget who want to take into account the time they spend on each work task, this is essential to be able to move forward.
It is limited so that executive staff can see the real performance of the employees below, it is closed in that sense and they do not like it.
I liked it in many functions and I would recommend it but I would make clear the problems of aspects that I found.

Avantages :

This program gives me a feeling of real-time optimization. By having a clear vision of how my time is being used, I can identify areas in which they could be more efficient and make adjustments to optimize workflow in each task, this gives me a feeling of real-time optimization. I like it mainly because I don't have much time, on the other hand the prices were comfortable and sometimes you could accumulate invoices for payment the next month without penalties.

Inconvénients :

Productivity monitoring is very limited, I think it did not allow data to be delivered to senior managers, the way to give them real-time access to the performance of our tasks was very problematic.

Commentaires : I would describe it as a neutral experience. This software has as many pros as it has cons in my opinion, but regardless, most of the times it does the job, plus is has some tools that are helpful to keep track of personal tasks.

Avantages :

I liked the fact that it actually gives the option to cap the worked hours and all the reminders of how many hours you have left to work, which is not something I had with previous time tracking systems.

Inconvénients :

To be fair, the software slowed my computer down significantly, and while trying to use it in my iOS systems it would randomly stop tracking time or taking screenshots.

Commentaires : I have been using Hubstaff since the start of the pandemic. It has “helped” with more accurate employee time keeping. Has definitely paid for its self multiple times over

Commentaires : Our employees did not find it user-friendly to begin working on different tasks with the clock running, and would often forget to switch tasks -- which resulted in an inaccurate picture of how they were spending their shifts.

Avantages :

Hubstaff worked well for managing employee clock-in and clock-out, providing reports on how each team member was doing.

Inconvénients :

Our employees would often forget to clock back in after breaks. We ultimately switched away from Hubstaff because we found a solution that worked better for our team.

Avantages :

Hubstaff is an easy to use platform that seemlessly and easily tracks time for timesheets/payroll.

Inconvénients :

Hubstaff is an external clocking program so the employee will need to remember to clock into hubstaff before working on a separate platform...hubstaff isnt automaticly engaged when an employee starts working. It is reliant on their memory to clock in hubstaff before accessing any other work program as opposed to auto clocking when accessing work programs automatically.

I used to like husbtaff until i've got a problem of not getting it work and tried to sort this with customer service but they are very poort in attending yoiur enquiries, and they don't have a voice support. Imagine having technology but no one can walk you through to fix the issue.

Avantages :

The activity rate and screenshot, it will help the team leader to monitor the activity of their team member.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the update has a bug, if I update the hubstaff then it not always succeed sometimes it will popup and shows error, if the update is not complete the hubstaff will stop automatically and my work time will not be included

The reminders they send everyday about your productivity, your worked hours and in case you dont log in they also send you an email.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes we are in meetings and we are not using the computer and if we dont move the mouse the hubstaff will change you to Idle and that is not fair because we are in front of the computer.
