Not being able to do that with the help of a Technical Account Manager (TAM) was frustrating as the TAM had a lot on their plate and was tasked with more important tasks to the company than satisfying my OCD with naming schemes. Not the TAM's fault. > > My experience with Service Trade has been mostly positive and the only real snags have been the lack of even broader or more precise modifications or adjustments to how information is either presented or collected when it comes to assets.
