> **Avantages**: The platform performs as advertised, but the thing that makes Survicate stand out is the support if you have questions. The employees there are very knowledgeable and have been able to solve each challenges I've had.

> **Inconvénients**: There were a couple of issues with email security software duplicating responses to surveys. Survicate was able to help me resolve them, but it would have been nice to know what was a potential issue when I was earlier in the survey design process.

> Very positive. The Salesforce integration works well and it is nice and easy to design the surveys.

So it really help me , since recruite users to gather quantiative and qualitative feedbacks. It has multiple formats. And analyzins results its really easy, with clear dashboards and easy exports.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes , survicate has issues with audience targeting, where surveys in wrong language start appearing on pages that shouldnt have them. Additionally, im currently experiencing a lack of responses to surveys, and im not sure why. It doesnt seem to be related to user behavior - it feels like something within the tool itself. This means Ill need to open support ticket, which is frustating. &#10;It would be helpful if the tool could automatically detect issues or notify users when something goes wrong. More comprehensive dashboards and integrations with tools like maze would also be a great addition. Another pain point is uploading specific users lists - currently, it has to be done one by one, which is extremely time - consuming. There should be an option to upload entire lists to create targeted segmentes more efficiently.

The real-time data reporting has been invaluable for making data-driven decisions, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for product improvement. Additionally, the ability to target specific user segments ensures we’re collecting feedback from the right audience at the right time.
