We have been using Salesmanago since March 2024 and are very satisfied with the platform. We recommend Salesmaago because it is easy to use, it's modular and it provides various feautures at a really affordable price. We like the high-personalization, from email marketing, to pop ups and banners on our site. Impeccable customer service: fast and really helpful. We are also really pleased with [sensitive content hidden]: she is competent and very proactive.

We don't see any big downsides. Sometimes differences between Salesmanago and GA4 are not that clear

Definitely it has a lot of features and the idea behind is strong.
Inconvénients :
For marketing team it's not easy to use, very complicated. You have to learn a lot before you can start for example sending marketing emails. When you log in you can see plenty of different options but there is no priority of them, poor UX. Customer Service (they call it Customer Success Team, lol) can't understand what the real problem is, they focus on details, not on overall client experience. They do not treat you as a partner.

We have managed to implement many unconventional and effective sales solutions, but mainly because I know how to use the tool. A client left on their own, would have a big problem to properly set up all the functions in a short time. My overall experience is very good.

With Sales Manago we can monitor our contacts and our clients and having a global vision of all customers, leads and prospects. This functionality allow us to schedule successfull campaigns and implements new contacts.
Avantages :
We love the software to create emails marketing: we can customize them as we want, both from mobile and pc. I think this functionality, together with contact segmentation, is among the best tools in the system. Furthermore, the excellent assistance that the sales manago team guarantees us is fundamental: they are always available to support and help us.
Inconvénients :

SALESmanago is a tool with a user-friendly interface. You can easily navigate through the individual sections. I appreciate the built-in libraries of workflow solutions, thanks to which you can choose a scenario for your needs. Of course, you can also build your own from scratch. I love the creator for sending emails, because working in it is a pleasure. You can easily take care of the responsiveness of emails.

I've been working closely with SALESmanago for just a few months, and in such a short time, I've quickly grasped the potential of this platform. The addition and involvement of our Customer Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] have fostered collaboration between our brand and your project. Working with SALESmanago means having 360-degree support from both a technical and commercial perspective, with well-defined objectives to achieve through constantly evolving strategies and recommendations. I find the platform's usability and problem management easy, both in the short and long term, although I'm a newcomer in this.
Inconvénients :
The only suggestion I'd like to provide is to channel technical requests and bring them to the attention of a maximum of 2 operators per client, rather than involving an entire technical support team. This approach ensures project continuity and a smoother, faster bug management.

The administrator has the fundamental elements to be able to interact 36' degrees with the customer, profiling him in the round.

One penalising element is certainly the price of the tool. Certainly higher than several competitors, who offer less precise services, with customer service even in contires with time zones, but the price is disadvantageous for realities that want to activate Marketing Automation tools.

The main goals we set for Salesmanago, such as increasing sales effectiveness and shortening the sales cycle by automating processes or personalizing communication, are realized according to our assumptions. In addition to Salesmanago's extensive functionalities, what is important to us is the intuitiveness and ergonomics of working on the platform, which allows for quick and efficient operations. Not without significance is also the cooperation with our custodian, who constantly suggests new solutions and ideas for further implementations.

Salesmanago is a tool that has all the tools necessary to increase conversions in e-commerce, maintain contact with B2C and B2B customers, and manage the database. In addition, with the help of the integrated LiveChat, the customer service office has all the necessary information, thanks to which the quality of service increases. I also consider the ability to create a Landing Pages to be one of the advantages of this tool. Oh and of course service! Salesmanago has a great support department that responds to customer needs in a professional manner.

We had no major problems. The only thing worth paying attention to is whether additional tools/applications that you want to integrate with your website/ecommerce have the ability to integrate with Salesmanago because it is very useful at later stages of automating the entire marketing

I like it a lot that right after first log in, a lot of functions have been so easy to use that it needed almost no help or tutorials. And with more advanced scenarios, I could always count on support team to do their job. Rarely, but there are some issues that are not clear - e.g. I did not get immediate info what I was doing wrong when I could not save my email - only after contacting support I was told it was certain emoji use in one of e-mails.

I have been using Sales Manago for 12m now and I am amazed by the overall performance of the product. We use Sales Manago at different stages of building customer value: first, the platform helps managing users that we attracted to our website so that we can properly track their future online behaviour. We also use SM package for preparing and distribution of our mailings. Sales Manago provides also specific solutions for mobile marketing or web push notifications as well as it enables us to build quite complex scenarios to stay in touch with customers who express interest in our product but did not buy them yet. A variety of Sales Manago functionalities is combined with helpful and professional staff that we contact quite frequently. We have regular calls with support team and together we go step by step through the current goals we want to achieve using marketing automation. Another great thing is that we receive help from SM side also when it comes to our integration with other software providers. Consequently, we are sure that we use the platform to the maximum of our capabilities. I am proud of the fact that a few months ago I recommended Sales Manago to be our marketing automation software and went through the implementation of the system to our company - it is one of the best business decisions I have ever made:)
