Avantages :

Ceipal Talenthire is a good ATS if I'll talk about small business companies. It's costing is not that much high but also provides a great compatibility and features.

Inconvénients :

Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.

Commentaires : If I were looking for a new job, and the position in which I was interested used Ceipal in any capacity, I would probably not take that job for that reason alone. It is a bigger headache than help in my experience.

Avantages :

There are a lot of filter options the user dashboard, and the cards are somewhat customizable. The most useful feature is it's ability to integrate sourcing sites like Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder directly into Ceipal's platform. Does a decent job of populating work authorization statuses for candidates (mostly due to its integration with Dice).

Inconvénients :

Where to begin...this is the most convoluted platform I have ever seen, no exaggeration. There is no way any team, no matter the size, could possibly utilize every piece of Ceipal, which is true of a lot of ATS, but this one is overwhelming to the nth degree. Parsing a resume takes a long time to load because the data entry page has about 150 blanks you can fill in (obviously not all are required, but it is a LOT to sift through regardless). You cannot reassign ownership of old candidates at the user level, must be done by an admin. Email tracking is spotty at best, at least with Gmail. Mobile app does not work at all, I have not once been able to successfully log into it (keeps telling me wrong password, and I know it isn't), and there isn't a responsive version of the system you can access on a mobile device's browser. I'm just going to stop there.

Best ATS I've ever used!

Avantages :

I've used most of the traditional job boards (JobDive, BullHorn etc.) but Ceipal is by far the best tool for fast moving recruiting roles. Specially for the managemnt point of view. The BI gives all the insights of whats happening with the team and how good they are performing.

Inconvénients :

The Ceipal internal database search engine really requires some attention. It often doesn't give good results despite having good profiles in database.

Commentaires : Firstly I was using another software and that was creating many issues but when we came to use Seamless, it gave us a sudden chance to get the correct details of clients to manage the relation with them and while using it we get a good chance to grow ourselves.

Avantages :

It gives the client details exactly what we want in our data.

I don't like it recent update in software when it hides the icon from chrome.

Commentaires : If i talk about my overall experience, it has been great working with Ceipal, it has been almost 2 years working with Ceipal and the best thing I like about Ceipal is that its easy of use. Its a great tool for fulfilling our recruitment needs.

Avantages :

It has a user friendly interface. We can integrate different job portals (like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Tech Fetch) with Ceipal.

Inconvénients :

We cannot preview of resume in full screen. Its customer support takes a lot of time to respond.

Commentaires : Overall I feel Ceipal is good to use been an amazing experience so far

Avantages :

Easy to use, Once you make a boolean string most of the profiles appear in that we filter and sort out the most attractive profiles

Inconvénients :

Something about Dice is unusual as most of the profiles are very old and not updated to date some of the resumes just have numbers and emails to preview other than Dice most of the confidential profiles do not have any contact number

Avantages :

If like ceipal very much its use to make submission easy, using Ai sourcing we can easily finding the perfect matching profiles the user interface is soo good i pretty much like to use ceipal and using ceipal is soo easy

Inconvénients :

The least like in ceipal is in the string format we can only use AND and OR Not is not applicable and notes are reflecting after we refresh the screen every time

Commentaires : As soon as I took the position at KK Associates as Delivery Head, I have implemented CEIPAL tool in our organization, which really helped us to save so much of cost, where we used loose lots of money on paid job portals. With the help of Ceipal we are running our business smoothly & I recommend this tool for all the Staffing companies for their staffing needs.

Commentaires : Over all, I would say, a good ATS with bunch of features but improvement is always exists, need to improve the processing speed and sometimes we send only one email to candidate from Ceipal but he/she gets it multiple times.

Avantages :

Ceipal has an number of features like, mass mailing (You can mail consultant and vendors with a good number strength in one attempt), can send text and do call just to integrate your voip in Ceipal, multiple job portals like Dice, monster available at one place with same efficiency as individual portals, reporting feature with small and BI technology, you can easily create a candidate profile and job requirement easily, easy to integrate with other software like Outlook and you can easily control the access of features as per designation.

Inconvénients :

Slow processing but I think just because of multiple integration with third party software like Dice and Monster. Social profile feature is very good but it source only location and name, not resume but you can search this name and these are good profile as per requirement and string and send them connection request.

Commentaires : Frustrating to learn how to use it, initially, but their support team is amazing. Dedicated support rep, great project management, great responsiveness. Whenever you buy a product, it's always about the support after the fact. Specifically with an ATS/CRM: you're never going to be able to fully utilize/figure it out by yourself. No matter what solution. Unless you buy a "lite" version of some other software with 10% of the functionality. And then you're going to end up paying more as you upgrade to more and more functionality.

Avantages :

I really can't do much self service, or I don't know-how. That being said, their LIVE support is so fast/responsive that I don't miss having self support. I can't say this enough. I spent 40+ hours with our onboarding support rep ([SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the best!) before he turned me over to my regular support rep. Often times same day response and great great great support. My regular support rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is also on point. I initially had my doubts having an indian software company as my ATS of choice, but really, they have crushed it. Strong communication skills, rapid response, and incredible value. Can't say it enough. So, yeah. I don't miss/need the self service portal. Since this for overall feedback, it's important to know that this is a BIG piece of software in terms of functionality. EVERYTHING is unlocked so you have to go from knowing zero about it, to having (literally) the whole solution at your fingertips. It's a lot to learn/handle. I love it.

Inconvénients :

Some of it feels a bit clunky, there are some grammatical/syntax errors or awkwardness in how they word things. But that's maybe .1% of the overall solution.

Commentaires : The most useful and inevitable tool for Recruiting.

Avantages :

Completely User friendly.Ceipal is most convenient tool and usesful to track both the candidate recruitment cycle and also as an adminstrator it most useful to track Recruiter performance too.

Inconvénients :

Like macro option in Job posting tab, also need macro option in Placement creation too.If there is macro option in Placement Creation means , it will be more useful to maintain clean data in ceipal.

The features and customization that Ceipal offers are great. It is highly customizable and the database management is easy. Integration with various job boards easily makes it a great ATS. The candidate life cycle from sourcing to onboarding and maintenance is well designed and presented. This makes Ceipal one of the best available ATS in the market.

Inconvénients :

The only thing that I would say needs some improvement is the response time. It seems a little sluggish and in the recruitment business time is everything.

Commentaires : I am able to keep track of all the candidates I've ever interacted with. With this ATS, it's also easy to keep your entire team in the loop and work more efficiently. Overall, CEIPAL has helped me produce significantly better results.

Avantages :

CEIPAL has many promising features but the best one according to me is the feature of adding the notes and tracking all the submissions under the job. Notes really helped my teammates coordinate and understand the needs of a candidate before and after reaching them.

Inconvénients :

CEIPAL can do better to improve its employee management database. Sometimes it takes time to load and sometimes it shows some error.

One of the best ATS- Ciepal

Commentaires : It has been great solutions. From Job creation to profile sourcing from job boards to profile submission and interview tracking. It has been a best solution of all the problems. It is one-point solutions and even it has been a great help in making our own database of resumes and even we can also do mass mail to employers as well. So a perfect solution for everything.

Avantages :

Ciepal has so many great features like job posting, job boards, Consultants database and so more. Ciepal has been a great solution with a User-friendly dashboard. in Ciepal we can track mostly everything like submitting profiles, interview process, onboarding process with required documents. We can keep track of old and new resumes as well with employers' emails.

Inconvénients :

Well, there is everything good about this ATS but one thing that I least like about this is sometimes ciepal gets slow. May be due to some server issue. So, I think they need to get a better server in order to get it working faster.

Commentaires : Generation of Internal database is amazing feature.
Mail merge, Free job Post, Hot Lists are the powerful functions .
Value for money, ROI is the key.

Avantages :

Its a 360 degree solutions for Recruitment, all round performance in terms of Bench marketing, Strategic recruitment and Head hunting. Most amazing part is API integration of Job Portals and job postings, more easier, just one click and your job is on air.

Inconvénients :

In applicant search section, in advanced search, sometimes its taking time to fetch the results (this is in internal database search) and the result which we are getting some times its not accurate enough in terms of skill sets. In case if we are searching resumes on dice through ceipal, then from the search result page we can not open resumes in new tabs, there is an option for that we that is not much convenient. While Migrating any resume into our internal database from dice or monster, it take bit more time, if that can be reduce that will be much better.
