The customer support is nice and they try to be helpful with a very poor product.

Inconvénients :

It is impossible to tell which candidates are on which job. The UI is inconsistent and there are constant updates that make the product so difficult to use.

Brilliant Job Adder !

Commentaires : Absolutely Outstanding!The team at Head Office was incredibly pro-active and helped me at every step, responded to all queries very quickly.Excellent Sales and Support staff.I have used a number of competitors, JobAdder is the only software program to use for Business Development, Client Management, Labour Hire and Recruitment.

Avantages :

Where do you start - Everything including, Candidate Management, Business Development, Finance and Costing, right through to Advertising.

Inconvénients :

The Price - Its going to hurt when I have to buy more licences.

An excellent choice for most recruitment agencies

Commentaires : It's been a positive experience - we like using the software and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Avantages :

The product has vastly improved our levels of efficiency and rate of work; functionality is strong and well thought out - the support team are helpful and proactive at all times. A number of highly useful integration features are available, with new ones being constantly rolled out. A wide range of reports, including customisable ones are on offer.

Inconvénients :

Whilst the UI is generally very good, sometimes there are a lot of extra clicks needed and a few further improvements in the user experience could make the product even better to use.

Great system but major flaw with Job Board integration

Commentaires : If you don't need to integrate with UK Job Boards, JobAdder is a very good system. The Support Team respond quickly and there are lots of training videos to help.
Unfortunately as we are struggling greatly with uploading applications, it is wasting us a lot of time. The alternative is to switch the application form back on however we risk candidates not applying for vacancies if they are not able apply easily via the Job Boards. For this reason, we are having to look for an alternative system. If we would have known about this feature during the demo, we would not have chosen JobAdder. As a recruitment company, we need the candidates experience when applying for jobs to be as easy as possible.

Avantages :

JobAdder is an all in one system which makes it easy for multiposting adverts onto Job Boards through to managing vacancies and candidates. It is very customisable and is great as a CRM as well as a recruitment management system for both Temporary and Permanent placements. It integrates with MailChimp and Xero which is also useful for us.

Inconvénients :

The major flaw we have found is when applicants apply via the main Job Boards in the UK (TotalJobs, Reed, Monster and CV Library) they are diverted to an external application form where they have to reattach their CV. It doesn't pull the CV the candidate has in the Job Board. This means that candidates abort their application half way through which is putting a barrier in the way. As many applicants apply for jobs on the move, it's not likely they will have their CV to hand and saved on their phone. Most candidates will not come back later, they will just move onto the next vacancy advert. We turned the application form off, which means that we receive applications by email but we then have to manually upload them. If you regularly receive 50+ applications per role, this is then very time consuming. At this stage (Sept 2019) there is no update from JobAddder as to when they will be able to integrate with the UK Job Boards in the same way as Broadbean etc

Commentaires : Great customer service and training. Great candidate tracking.

Avantages :

Love a few integrations already available for recruiting. Love the step-by-step training options.

Inconvénients :

Would like more integration options for light industrial staffing. Most partners price for large margin clients and light industrial companies have high volume but low margin. Pricing and cashflow are more critical for our space. JobAdder is currently slight more designed for direct placement services rather than high volume recruiting.

Great Software - Can't get anyone on the phone to help?

This software is brilliant for all things recruitment.

Inconvénients :

I used this software for 2 years about 3 years ago and it changed the business I was working for in so many positive ways. You used to very easily be able to get someone on the phone for support but now, no one even picks up the phone! Every time I call the support team, I have to leave a message and it is just radio silence. One of the best softwares on the market but I am completed baffled at how hard it is to get someone on the phone. I'm sure their messaging support is good but I don't want to shoot 100 messages back and forth to get information on something that would take 5 minutes over the phone.

Commentaires : Great - we have our team using it and everyone is on the same page, great for candidate management and helps to save time!

Avantages :

Ad scheduling & being able to post on multiple platforms at once has been a major game changer for us. Being able to get a ton of time back not having to post ad's at random times during the week on all different platforms - can now do it all at once!

Inconvénients :

I am unable to easily see when first looking at the candidate profile which platform they applied to the ad, I need to dig to get the info.

Commentaires : I use the candidate search on a regular basis, I find it saves me time searching for candidates with specific skills. Overall I think JobAdder is an excellent tool! I'd love to continue to learn more ways to use it!

Avantages :

JobAdder is so easy to use, it's pretty self explanatory, you can figure things out by searching around. I love the simple layout. I also that it has helped me become paperless. All notes are in each candidate file, I have access to information at all times. I also love the mobile app.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes I think going through applicants is cumbersome and time consuming. On the quick view of an applicant, I wish I could easily look at the resume, and mark them reject. Or delete them from that screen, as in out of site, out of mind.

Commentaires : The people that we engage with at Job Adder are exceptional. They offer hands on support and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have a great approach to client service and their Helpdesk is efficient and effective.

Avantages :

Ease of Use, Ample Integrations available for automation, candidate experience and hiring manager portal features are great. Integration to GSuite and social pages. User friendly and implementation is easy and cost effective.

Inconvénients :

The basic recruitment dashboard could be enhanced. Multiple Currency Reporting and Locations should be improved to cater for global recruitment agencies with branches in multiple countries.

Commentaires : JobAdder's support throughout has been exceptional. I was part of the team to implement the product and they worked with us to customize the product and assisted us with adapting our workflow to JobAdder, making suggestions on how to utilize features of JobAdder to enhance our process.

Avantages :

JobAdder makes tracking a candidate from the first contact to placement easy. One of the new features where you can view and modify candidate information without actually opening the candidate in another tab is really a time saver. Going along these same lines, the "New" Job Dashboard makes evaluating new applicants and reaching out to them quick and efficient.

Inconvénients :

Emails received from candidates are not automatically logged to a candidate record unless the email thread originated from JobAdder.

Avantages :

Ease of implementation, integration with the other HR system (HiBob), and one source of truth all hiring-related activities

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the app is not very intuitive and needs a bit of time to get used to it, nothing that cant be done with some training.

JobAdder is a fabulous product...

Commentaires : Good. The response to any problem is very swift and the staff are friendly.

Avantages :

The system is easy to navigate, with each of the pages linked to others, saving a lot of time.

Inconvénients :

The JobAdder development is constantly making improvements, and new service providers / Add-ons are regularly added, and yet some of the basics don't seem to get finished...like updating the Contact screen so that is is the same as the updated Candidate screen. I've made numerous practical improvement suggestions and yet to see any of them implemented.

Avantages :

features easy to use, easy to see candidates in a list OR individual files, can open links always in a new tab, its very very smooth to use and very nice to look at, Makes me motivated to work!

Inconvénients :

some small areas don't talk to other areas, I really need some changes made so the system can be more well rounded. I also have a glitch in my system so you cant amend activity sheets without calling on JA support.In placements, you cant email / SMS both candidate and clients from the placement tabs, this can be annoying as it is not synced up with similar functions.

A Powerful Tool for Applicant Management

Avantages :

As a scaling business, JobAdder plugged seamlessly into our existing infrastructure. Easy embed options enabled us to brand our posting on our existing site, while managing the data in their platform using powerful tools like a Natural Language Processor to be able to search through resumes and other applicant data.

Inconvénients :

There was a bit of a learning curve for our users / administrators of the system to navigate through the various pages/listing/options. However, once folks were sufficiently trained and got the hang of it, they were able to use it more comfortably.

The Best Recruitment Software

Commentaires : I use to use Salesforce and Target Recruit and I had to employ a database administrator to help with the backend. Jobadder allows even us non technical people to use it efficiently.

Avantages :

Has almost everything you need to run a recruitment agency and it doesn't tie you in to yearly contracts. The support team is amazing.

Inconvénients :

I can't see my team's weekly interviews with candidates and clients.

Hi have been a customer of Jobadder for over 5 years Support has always been responsive and impressively no glitches even though we are in WA Also when I was working with NFP Disability Services, I reached out and there was offer of support I love how Jobadder is now being more intuitive like when moving contacts to other companies it makes the comment, removing the requirement to make the record card note

Inconvénients :

And whilst Im sure there is lots of content and video on help would be really good for refreshers like most used functions perhaps? Who has the time to self navigate? Perhaps yearly webinars these are the not to be missed new functions

Commentaires : My team and I use this software daily to track jobs, applications, candidates etc. Without it we would be using wonky spreadsheets without any integration

Avantages :

The desktop (like your dashboard) has two different viewings, both can give you a great glimpse of where your jobs and candidates are at

Inconvénients :

Maybe the cost, but after reviewing various others, JobAdder fell nicely into an affordable space for its features and graphics

Jobadder is very user friendly, has many functions and makes my life 1000 times easier for tracking candidates their status. This system also saves recruiters time and helps managers see actual activities through the reporting tab.

Inconvénients :

When the platform was changed a few years ago, however, it is still easy to use.

Easy to Use

Commentaires : Job Adder was a huge step up from our previous CRM system and has a very inviting user interface. It's easy to use and manage from an admin point of view. The JA team were very helpful throughout the migration process and the support team have been quick to handle queries or issues. There are areas of improvement such as the reporting capabilities, lack of ease for customisation, at times the response time to product enhancement ideas/requests are too long, however the team do take the time to listen and then consider. We have customised training for new starters, which I highly recommend as this is run very well.

Avantages :

Easy to use Engaging user interface Fairly priced for what you get Friendly support team and great training manager

Inconvénients :

Lack of customisation - or turn around time to achieve this Long leads times for feedback on feature enhancements At times the system can be slow

Love the Simplicity!

Avantages :

We evaluated a TON of different CRMs in our recent software conversion, and I was struck immediately by the very clean look and feel to Jobadder. In fact, within 10 minutes into the demo I recall thinking "Ok! We found it!" It seemed (and still seems) very intuitive and easy to use. We love that it's web-based (our previous system was not), so is of course accessible at home, remotely, or at the office. The Jobadder support team is always friendly and easy to work with and although I can't exactly tell if they're smiling as they're responding to our support requests, it seems like they are!

Inconvénients :

We were seeking a CRM that was more intuitive and more simple than our previous one, which Jobadder is. With any transition to seemingly the other end of the spectrum, there are just a few things that we had previously that we wish we still did. For our company in particular, we would ideally like a bit more line-of-business separation of data, but we have been able to work with Jobadder just fine. And there were a few small issues that we weren't fully aware of until the conversion time, but the Jobadder folks were able to talk us through all of our options.

Great app with awesome customer service

Avantages :

The workflows and set up is very easy to understand. They have walkthrough guides for almost everything and if something doesn't work or is missing the customer service team are very fast to respond using the chat feature.

Inconvénients :

Some more integrations would be good. Especially with CRM systems. The marketing functionality is somewhat limited. There is an integration with MailChimp which is good.

JobAdder, the only option for us!

Commentaires : We found JobAdder when we found that we had out grown our previous CRM, and we are thankful that we did. The platform is intuitive and our team hit the ground 'sprinting' with minimal effect to our business. The team at JobAdder are also a perfect fit for us. They are constantly progressing the platform to keep ahead of our needs and the competition. One area we have made significant increases is our digital integration through our website. Traffic is through the roof and candidate registration/data capture is seamless.

Avantages :

Everything, and they keep improving on perfection.

Inconvénients :

Nothing.

The Software continually freezes and they seem to do nothing about it

Avantages :

It used to work pretty well. You used to be able to call someone if there was an issue. It integrates well with job boards when it is working.

Inconvénients :

The constant freezing which stops us operating as a business. You can't get anyone at the company to call you. Issues never resolved.
