Un logiciel qui à de l'avenir mais manque d'un support client adapté

Commentaires : Je nourrissais de grandes attentes envers GanttProject, espérant y trouver un outil plus puissant pour mes besoins professionnels après l'avoir exploré il y a des années. Cependant, bien qu'il promette beaucoup, il se révèle plus adapté à la gestion de projets personnels et de tâches que pour un usage professionnel.

Avantages :

La qualité majeure de GanttProject réside dans sa longévité en tant qu'outil multiplateforme, disponible gratuitement depuis de nombreuses années et soutenu par une communauté active. La facilité avec laquelle on peut trouver des tutoriels et obtenir de l'assistance sur ses fonctionnalités en fait un outil accessible à tous. Cette accessibilité encourage l'expérimentation, incitant ainsi ceux qui le souhaitent à explorer la création de diagrammes de Gantt pour leurs propres projets.

Inconvénients :

GanttProject souffre de certaines limitations en termes de gestion des bugs, particulièrement en ce qui concerne la gestion des congés. Lors de l'évaluation, plusieurs problèmes ont été identifiés, compromettant l'efficacité du logiciel pour une gestion professionnelle. Bien qu'il fonctionne bien pour les petites équipes et les projets, ses difficultés deviennent apparentes lorsqu'on tente de gérer un ensemble plus vaste d'équipes et d'employés, avec des variations de jours fériés et de congés. Commentaires : Depuis mon expérience Gantt PROJECT est un logiciel fiable est pratique pour planifier des grand projets

Avantages :

Le logiciel Gantt Project j'ai essayée sauf pendant une période essai il est très fiable et pratique afin d'assurer une bonne planification des ressources humaines et matériels et gérer les taches de chaque groupes vraiment c'est in logiciel très vague qu'on peut planifier des grands projet avec une meilleur planification et surtout la gestion des délai.

Inconvénients :

Pour le logiciels à sauf une inconvénient c'est que parfois tu sens que tu est perturber et être difficile de lui gérer

Mon avis sur GanttProject

Avantages :

ce que j'ai aimé le plus dans Project c'est le partage facile des fichiers de projet, favorisant ainsi la communication au sein de l'équipe.

Inconvénients :

Ce qui m'a plu le moins c'est l'interface qui semble un peu datée par rapport à d'autres outils de gestion de projets

Logiciel de gestion d'entreprise

Avantages :

Ce logiciel nous permet d'établir les projets. C'est à l'aide de ce logiciel que nous arrivons à bien gérer nos projets.

Inconvénients :

Ce logiciel n'a aucun inconvénient. C'est très utile et recommandable à tous les utilisateurs.

Bon Logiciel pour la gestion des projets

Commentaires : GanttProject est le meilleur logiciel pour la planification et le suivi d'un projet, il est très simple et pratique.

Avantages :

Pour moi la meilleure fonctionnalité de GanttProject est l'option de dépendance qui adapte les tâches suivantes lorsque l'une d'entre elle a besoin d'être déplacé, on peut aussi directement configurer manuellement une dépendance par un certain nombre de jours lorsque l'on ne travaille pas certains jours ce qui est très important et utile.

Inconvénients :

J'ai des soucis lorsque le projet est grand et qu'il faut soit l'exporter, soit l'imprimer sur une page.

Gants project

Commentaires : Il permet de résoudre les problèmes les plus importants.

Avantages :

J'ai apprécié le fait de pouvoir organiser le déroulement d'un chantier avec.

Inconvénients :

Le fait que ce logiciel d'entreprise soit pas facile à prendre en main

GanttProject - Avis

Avantages :

J'utilise ce logiciel lorsque j'ai des projets et que je dois rendre un rendu papier d'un diagramme de Gantt. Ce logiciel est assez difficile à prendre en main au début, il faut avoir des notions de Gantt ou de la gestion de projet en général pour s'en sortir. Sinon l'interface est assez sympa.

Inconvénients :

Lorsque l'on a terminé de faire notre rendu, il est difficile de l'exporter et de l'imprimer lorsque le diagramme de Gantt est grand.

Commentaires : L'utilisation du logiciel est vraiment satisfaisante et permet de bien réaliser les projets.

Avantages :

La possibilité de planifier dans le temps les projets et avoir un suivi bien détaillé des taches et pouvoir être efficace dans la gestion de projets.

Inconvénients :

Le design du logiciel est relativement peu attrayant mais cela n'est pas un probème pour pouvoir travailler

La planification des activités est intéressante. Mais il faut sérieusement se concentrer lors de l'apprentissage de cette application pour la maitriser. Sinon,...

Can't beat what you get for a free cross-platform Project Planning Software

Commentaires : I used to use Gantter, but then they started charging. I have tried ProjectLibre but it is a bit steep of a learning curve. This software hits what I need which is free and simple to use. This gets the job done everytime for my 3 month customer projects. I only use about two-three resources which makes my planning a bit simpler. The webpage export is great as is the png output. Makes it easy to share.

Avantages :

I am mainly a Linux user and this software along with ProjectLibre are the only Gantt Software I can find that isn't web-based or charged for. This is very easy to get up and going and export a simple project roadmap for customer review.

Inconvénients :

The UI is still probably a work in progress. I don't really mind that much but it doesn't blow you away. There are not tons of features, but has everything I use. I am not a Project Manager though.

Great visio alternative

Commentaires : great choice for most projects. Simple and quick to get up and running and users dont necessarily need a depth of knowledge on PM tooling.

Avantages :

simple to use, does all the basics well easy onboarding

some of the form behaviour is a bit different from visio but a small learning curve. It might struggle within very large enterprise projects with hundreds of contributors - i havent tested

GanttProject a basic alternative to manage a project

Commentaires : I have done five small projects with the tool, it has been useful and excellent at the level of expressing the goals of those involved, the participants, the time of development of each task, activity, types of associated deliverables and the participants of each of the activities , level of responsibility and hours of dedication, really that is very useful in terms of the general visualization of the goal.
Unfortunately I can not automatically define in this software the levels of resource overload, the critical path of the processes and the possible bottlenecks of the process.
In general, the software is good and practical at your level.
I can define and design a project for free and manage the main structure of the project, share it with the people involved and they can deploy it by installing the tool in any existing operating system

Avantages :

If you want to create or manipulate a Gantt chart without having to pay for the license of a commercial program, this open source program is a good option because it is easily manipulated, the menu bars are very similar to other programs aimed at managing of projects and instinctively you get what you're looking to develop. It is universal since it allows you to import and export files made in MSProject and CSV, with the software you can perform the PERT without problems, although the graphic representation is very generic and unattractive, the performance of the program in projects of academic or small scale is outstanding.
