The dashboards are very handy and useful to our activities because it nicely integrates the information and presents it in a very digestable way with the enhancement of the Analytics Cloud.

Easy to use with some minor kinks

Avantages :

The most effective was getting the information that the patients needed about sales of the medication elsewhere other than CVS. We could see where the medication was being sold where as the competitors would not do that for the patients.

Inconvénients :

The most difficult was navigation wise and the amount of help someone would really give because they expect you to know everything about the software you know nothing about.

Commentaires : Quite easy to use for the end user, could do with some improvements but is a good tool all in all

Avantages :

It helps out your data into a visual point which helps to track news business as well as existing quotes. It links to external applications which is helpful

Inconvénients :

The views can be limited sometimes so may not be able to entirely personalize the way you want to use it. You need coding knowledge in order to be able to maneuver or change things which makes it tough

Great BI tool if you know SAQL

Commentaires : Salesforce Analytics Cloud is great to use to engage with customers. Pay as you go can be a pain but it is worth it

It helps us with analytics on customer movement and preferences. It makes marketing and sales easier and more targeted allowing us to serve their needs better, improving customer satisfaction

Inconvénients :

There is a learning curve associated with the use of the software. Training videos would help immensely

The export functionality made it easy to share information with those outside the nonprofit organization.

Inconvénients :

I wish it had greater permissions settings so that I could give volunteers outside of the organization the ability to use the tool.

Commentaires : We've been trying to implement Salesforce in our business for months, but it's been quite difficult and tedious. It is not a very user friendly platform.

Avantages :

It is amazing for our business being able to have all information from our users in just one platform.

Inconvénients :

It needs an update. It is not easy to implement and the user experience is a bit inefficient.

Inconvénients :

ある程度のSales Forceの知識がないと使いづらい。また、ユーザーごとの課金なので、チーム全員で使うとなると割とコストがかかる。

Sales force Analytics Cloud has an easy to use dashboard.

Inconvénients :

Sales force Analytics Cloud has many unresolved issues. After spending many hours working some of my data will have just disappeared or possibly ended up in someone else's account in the company.

Commentaires : This has been by far a very good experience and will continue to be I am sure of that!

Avantages :

I really like how easy it is to use. I use this every single day for my job. I literally sign inn and boom its straight to work. I rarely have an issue. Honestly in the beginning there were a few like usual but now there are non. This has to be on of the easiest and most organized platform I have used.

Inconvénients :

Like I said there were issues in the beginning but they were sign inn issues. It really had nothing to do with the platform itself. We were all just having issues with remembering our passwords that's all haha!

Avantages :

Salesforce is intuitive and easy to learn. It is nice that it has memory of tabs previously opened on the dashboard, even between user sessions.

Inconvénients :

It has not be very adaptable for our specific needs as a database for our veterinary patients and clients.

Avantages :

- the integration with Salesforce - a very intuitive user experience - cloud based, so has enterprise scalability

Inconvénients :

- the ability to visualise your data is better on some other BI tools I have used in the past - it needs to be integrated with another BI tool to unlock its full potential

Best Visual Reporting and Dashboard Tool

Avantages :

I have recently worked with this product, Dashboards are very interactive, mobile friendly and easy to share your data with your colleagues. You can filter your data with your dynamic time query. Response is also very quick and fast in terms of performance.

Inconvénients :

We have started recently and in learning phase, So can't provide much information for least like, but graphics are above than my expectation. i personally appreciate it.

Pricey - But reaps its returns eventually

Commentaires : As we all know that the standard salesforce out of the box reporting and dashboards isn't that great.
This tool mainly looks to eliminate any complaints in regards to that and it definitely does that.
The type of lenses and dashboards you can create is amazing!
The look and feel of it is very modern and fancy.
It has a flat data architecture so it can group, mould and join your data neatly.
It is however, not that easy to administer and maintain it. You definitely need specialists to work with you and help get this up and running.

Inconvénients :

Complex to maintain Doesnt directly sync / integrate with databases. Cant replace something like Mulesoft or Bhoomi.

Commentaires : Overall my experience has been okay - not great but also not the worst. Take your time in your search.

Avantages :

Powerful analytics at your whim, as long as you know what you're looking for this can be a very powerful tool.

Inconvénients :

The tool can be very clunky and hard to navigate at times. If you dont know exactly what you're looking for it can be difficult.

The price its low and the futures are amazing for the price ,they don't try to take your money for every single think that you need.

The Wave

Commentaires : I signed up with Wave for a free alternative to Quickbooks to run my business. The software is easy to use and categorize your purchases and the best part it is free. They do charge to do your payroll. Although, I am savy with software I found it cumbersome to navigate to see the summary of my categories. I liked it so much I am also using it for my personal accounting.

Avantages :

It's fee and relatively easy to navigate.

Inconvénients :

I had trouble finding where the information went after I categorized it.

Commentaires : Analytics cloud has been really easy to use without any coding background. I find it helpful to use the analytics cloud to look at all the variables that we collect in our salesforce org.
