Commentaires : Depuis mon utilisation de quick books je n'ai plus de problèmes pour les relances clients, le logiciel me signal quand mes créances sont arrivées à échéances

Avantages :

Cette application es t facile à configurer et à prendre en main, le suivie des factures est excellent. Cette application est idéale pour les PME et les entrepreneurs.

Inconvénients :

la synchroniser du compte de banque avec quickbook n'est pas fiable. Toutes les données sont invalides ou presque. Ce logiciel n'est pas faite pour une entreprise qui au flux comptable dense.

Inconvénients :

Il n'ya pas points faibles car toutes les fonctionnalité du logiciels sont bonnes

Pas vraiment de point faible tout est très bien conçu et dès qu'on a un problème, on peut contacter le support

l'achat des licences est obligatoire pour les nouvelles mise a jour

Ne convient pas à la réalité des petits OBNL

Facilité de navigation et d'intégration des sources bancaires.

Inconvénients :

Il ne convient pas à la réalité des petits OBNL avec des entrées ponctuelles. Un OBNL comme le nôtre n'ayant qu'un petit budget annuel, ne peut se permettre de dépasser un montant aussi élevé. J'ai bien tenté de leur demander un rabais, sans réponse positive. Mous pensons à transférer vers une alternative pour notre prochaine année fiscale.

La compagnie ne veut pas assumer les frais administratifs du a ses erreurs (114,98$). Car la paie a été prélevée sur le compte de l'employé au lieu de l'employeur.

Commentaires : I will be switching from Quickbooks immediately, They are crooks who have access to your bank accounts, and literally steal your money by "holding" it for no legimiate reason for weeks. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FUNDS OR YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

Avantages :

I have used quickbooks for years, and started in the last year, because of a recommendation from my outsource financial company, using it for invoicing and receiving payments. Prior to this, I found it serviceable and fairly easy to use for the daily things, although difficult in many respects.

Inconvénients :

I do manufacturing and have a client with an open PO for 15,000 units. They paid the final balance (which had been on our books since November) on April 4, over $200,000. Quickbooks put a "hold" on my legitimate payment, citing they needed "documentation" for my invoice payment. At 8:00 am on April 5, as soon as we received the request, we provided all documentation. They still have my funds. My accountant has spent 10 hours on the phone with them and has gotten nowhere. They send out erroneous emails requesting documents that they already have, and acknowledge they have the do cuments, but still will not release the funds. They say there is no one to escalate it to. They have effectively stolen $200,000 and are crippling my business.
