Avantages :

Easy to use, saved us a ton of money on credit card processing. Makes my job easier even when closed.

Inconvénients :

The customer support is lacking and the fact when you have a problem and there is no manager to talk to is not helpful.

Merveilleux logiciel

Avantages :

De très bonnes fonctionnalités, Weave permet aux entreprises d’établir des relations conviviales avec les clients avec une gestion intuitive. C’est un produit que j’aime beaucoup surtout les appels téléphoniques des clients.

Inconvénients :

La prise de main est souvent difficile pour un débutant puisque l’application n’a pas de formation en ligne.

Commentaires : Dans l'ensemble , Weave c'est un meilleur logiciel de planning, de gestion des mails pour aider les entreprises à mieux s'occuper des clients et présente également plusieurs fonctionnalités pour faciliter la tâche. Très facile , rapide et efficace

Avantages :

Ce logiciel est facile à utiliser et regroupe toutes les tâches en unique forme permettant aux entreprises de tout gérer les services pour l'amélioration des produits

Inconvénients :

Logiciel très intéressant apportant plus aux entreprises mais limité et pas disponible dans tout les pays

Having the ability to message clients instead of calling for everything is a big time saver

I don't love that it does not directly attach to the medical record

Commentaires : It's been a great relationship with Weave over the last 6 years. The very few times we had a issue it was handled quickly or had the option to switch over to mobile devices and continue working.

Avantages :

Weave is user friendly, can be used on desktop and mobile devices, and offers several products in one place. It takes a few minutes to train a new employee on the Weave system and they can start using it right away.

Inconvénients :

The insurance verification needs to be improved. I opted out of the product because it didn't offer what I needed.

Commentaires : It has it's pros and cons. It sometimes is confusing to me, seeing how it sends messages to patients that we rescheduled so I can see how it would be confusing to our elderly patients thanking them for coming in when we rescheduled their appointment.

Avantages :

Helps our patient's that are hearing impaired and depend on text messages through their mobile devices.

Inconvénients :

We deal with elderly patients, Weave gets very confusing to them when it's sends them a message that for an appointment that we rescheduled. It is also very important because we have patient's that are hearing impaired and depend on text messages.

We love Weave!

Commentaires : Fantastic! Would def recommend 10/10 it has definitely made our lives easier. We love the appointment request feature and how it prompts patients for reviews. We have been able to gain more reviews and new patients because of that feature.

Avantages :

Our office love is! It is extremely efficient & user friendly!

Inconvénients :

It would be nice if ipad portal could easily import patient information.

Commentaires : Weave has helped our office with overall efficiency.
We are able to send forms prior to their appointments easily manually or have them automatically sent out for specific appointments.
We are able to text or email forms. We can text patients who chose that option of communication to help with lowering phone calls.
The ease of looking at the transcripted voicemail or listening via the app or phone is helpful as well.
We can schedule emails to be sent out each month as well for special events or closure notices.
We can also schedule bulk texts to go out for the times we only need to send it to specific patients instead of a mass message.

Avantages :

Ease of communication and efficiency improvement across the office.

Inconvénients :

The glitches that happen every so often. Still, updates that could be done to better it.

CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT WEAVE!!

Commentaires : The Weave program operates and functions like several employees might....sharp employees at that! We use the Weave payment features through Stripe as well. That program runs so smoothly.

Avantages :

I LOVE LOVE the ability to text and communicate with a patient so easily throughout the busy work day. The caller ID feature that pops up on our computer screen when a patient calls is so useful!!

Inconvénients :

I honestly haven't found a feature that we don't absolutely LOVE! The staff comments often on how did we ever live without Weave!!

Commentaires : We love it! It was the best investment we made. The feedback we get from patients is so positive and they are so happy we are using this platform for our communication needs.

Avantages :

Very functional and easy to use. Our patients love it!

Inconvénients :

The initial set up with the phones was difficult and we had to get some replaced.

My experience with Weave at our Dental Office

Commentaires : It has been a positive one that I would go thru again.

Avantages :

As Weave has progressed by adding more tools and improvements it has made the program more user friendly. I especially like that fact we can send in our opinions and recommendations, they have made those modifications and changes.

Inconvénients :

When we first started with Weave it was new to everyone and I believe Weave was still working out the kinks with reports, how application looked, and intigraton. It has been frustrating at times. It takes a long time to be heard about changes that need to be made in their program.

Commentaires : It's not a bad product. We used it for a handful of our sites and had some good success with it. Ultimately, we moved on from Weave in a UCaaS consolidation, but I really wish in hindsight we had given Weave more of a chance.

Avantages :

The Weave Desktop app has a balance to it that makes navigation relatively easy, provided you understand how to navigate it.

Inconvénients :

There are certain things you could only do in the desktop app as compared to the web browser

Weave has terrible customer service.

Commentaires : Very negative. We had 2 locations with weave and acquired a third. That location already had an exisiting weave account so we just needed to transfer the ownership and set up the same features. It is a month and a half later and it still doesn't work. My so called account representative [sensitive content hidden] is unreachable and does nothing. We are now looking to switch all of our locations to a different provider

Great if it actually works, but the second you have a problem its good luck

If there is an issue good luck getting it fixed

I would definitely recommend weave!

Commentaires : Great customer service overall a really innovative product and they are always progressing!

Avantages :

Easy to use/user friendly. I love the app, with the phones it pops right up in a small window with the patient info it's great!

Inconvénients :

integration with eaglesoft is wonky. The payments post weird and under anyone's employee number, it's random. I shut it down immediately :(

I love the instant communication. No accessing a website. The app is fantastic! I love the integrated phones, but mostly the texting feature

There are cons? I don't know of any! Weave has everything.

Commentaires : supper easy to use , text message is the new thing so everyone replies and answers quick. love the review button to send out and we see who responded and can write back

how easy it is to load on the new computers or phone for the mobile use

Inconvénients :

when using the mobile app when a call comes in the caller ID doesn't work and its just phone numbers so I really don't know when the call comes from work

Commentaires : This has brought a better approach to managing high call volume with limited staff. A lot of customers like the easy responses to confirming appointments via text and the payment options.

Avantages :

The app is easy to use and simple to navigate through.

Inconvénients :

The desktop app can recommend an update several times a day and make you sign in again. Updates are a good thing, but once a day would be recommended vs 3 times a day.

Avantages :

Weave is a great communication solution for our practice. The interface for texting our customers is easy and sleek. Automated text reminders for appointments are very customizable. We highly recommend Weave!

Inconvénients :

The desktop app had some bugs but they were responsive and those issues were resolved with the new web-based interface.

Commentaires : My overall experience with Weave is very positive. It works well each day and our practice heavily relies on it. It's a huge convenience for not only us but also for our patients. They always remark how nice it is that they can just send a text to us and get a response without playing phone tag.

Avantages :

I like that that Weave saves me time in the office by easily being able to communicate with patients through a quick text and also being able to communicate with my office team quick and efficiently from anywhere. I also like that I can use Weave on my phone to check for patient emergencies over the weekends when our office is closed.

Inconvénients :

It can be confusing for staff members if a patients text was handled by someone else already if it is read and waiting in the inbox. It would be nice if there was a way to label messages as "completed" or "needs attention still" etc.

Commentaires : Weave has been an excellent addition to the office that makes patients lives easier as well as staff members.

Avantages :

Weave is such a great tool that makes communication with our patients very easy, efficient, and is extremely user friendly. I love that it is customizable to the needs of the office in terms of setting types and frequencies of appointment reminders, as well as the ability to separate messages as actionable so patients' questions and messages don't get forgotten. It is also great to be able to send customizable forms that patients can easily fill on their mobile devices, as well as allowing email marketing.

Inconvénients :

What I like the least about Weave is that it doesn't take the preferred language a patient has from OfficeMate and automatically changes that to their preferred language on Weave.
