Not a review - A Rave!

Commentaires : When I think about leaving review, it has more significant now that I’m at a business owner my reviews are getting an off a lot of traction, so much so that hey Review can seem to say 1000 words more than a photo ever could. With any service based business, gathering reviews is paramount. NiceJob has fit that need for us and have become an essential aspect of our business growth and development.

Avantages :

Clearly, the ease-of-use and seamless integration between our CRM and their service. And quite literally the cost versus the benefit is clear, worthwhile, and actually beneficial.

Inconvénients :

That I didn’t find them sooner. :-) But With maybe a tiny tweaks here and there, the overall output is rather consistently good.

Great Program

Commentaires : Great software to grow your customer base with reputation marketing.

Avantages :

NiceJob allows us to collect reviews on multiple platforms and share those reviews with ease. It is fully integrated with our CRM and it affordable.

Inconvénients :

I wish all the widgets integrated with our website however their Convert website service should solve that issue.

Pourquoi choisir NiceJob : Signpost sent premature post to our prospects before any jobs were completed. Customer began to become annoyed with this action which cause us to lose a prospective customer.

Not worth it

Commentaires : It was inexpensive, so I got what I paid for. Low quality website. I was with them over 6 months and I didn't increase my online presence like they said would happen. Their software for getting reviews was decent but I cut my costs in half with another program that does exactly what they do. It is over priced

It was easy to email or text for a review request.

Great For Appliance Repair

Commentaires : Excellent customer service. They have improved the software substantially while we have been using it.

Avantages :

It's a well thought out software and is improving with time.

Inconvénients :

I am unable to give a partial refund when using the Wepay payment method.

Great Review Service

Commentaires : From the start, NiceJob was easy to use and implement in my business. The mobile platform is easy to use. I can send reviews to multiple platforms, code installed on our website so the reviews can be published there as well. Once I plug my customer into the system, the software contacts the customer to collect the review. This is huge for a services business like ours.

Avantages :

What I like most about the software is once a review has been written, I can hit one button and share it to multiple platforms.

Inconvénients :

I can honestly say there is nothing I don't like about it.

Pourquoi passer à NiceJob : Again, dollar for dollar NiceJob is the best choice. There are some companies that have monthly subscriptions for more than double what we pay for NiceJob. I think NiceJob does as well of a job as those more expensive companies and in some instances they do even better.

Great service!

Avantages :

The software is very easy to use! Cost is reasonable. We’ve already added a couple of reviews in the first week!

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to mind! Except maybe this rather long review process right now :)

Nice Job is a review getting machine

Commentaires : Nice job is an incredible review getting machine, we went from barely having a review presence to having a ton of reviews on multiple review platforms in less than a week! Absolutely incredible!

Avantages :

Very simple to use and the customer support is fast, detailed, and extremely efficient in providing help to their clients.

Inconvénients :

Waiting a few weeks without an online presence as I had to send away our website hosting over to them in order to have them build our new convert website but, was worth the wait.

I love the fact that NiceJob is there when I cant be, We are able to send out auto requests when our jobs complete day or night!

even if a customer has been invited i wish there was a feature we could send them a direct message or re push thru the invite

This may not necessarily a cons since the world revolves now in the internet, but their location is not a US Base that made me a little bit worried if Nice Job can optimize my business against local competition.

Incredible Value

Commentaires : It has helped improve my Google reviews and increase the conversion of potential leads to actual leads - two critical components of any business in our day and age.

Avantages :

It makes requesting, and most importantly following up on, reviews consistently much easier. NiceJob Convert is also a great value and allows you to see your website final product prior to investing thousands of dollars into a redesign.

Inconvénients :

I wish you could see the people that you have requested reviews from in the past in the mobile app (I think it is only available on desktop, but I may just not have found it yet).

Probably one of the easiest programs I've set up for business and that actually works.

Avantages :

The fact that this actually works and works well is huge. With so many tech companies out there, it's hard to choose. With NiceJob I've received about 10 reviews within a few days! This was only during the free trial. The paid version integrates with my dispatch software and will automatically work once jobs are complete! Saves time and makes money all at the same time! Excellent ROI!

Commentaires : Pretty good for the money.

Avantages :

It was easy to get going and implemented

Inconvénients :

We are not getting as many reviews as we would have liked.

We received more Google reviews in 7 days than we've received in the last three years.

Avantages :

Easy to setup and to use. The "Collect Leads" and "Trust Badge" widgets displays and work well with our current website. It's nice to show reviews collected from Google and other sources on our website.

Inconvénients :

We are new to NiceJob and because of this we haven't come across a true con for us. We do wish the stories widget was more customizable, right now the stories show as one big "page" that users can scroll through. It would be nice to have a rotating widget with a fixed size which may help for mobile pages.
