Commentaires : I really like this platform! The fees are reasonable, the Box Office feature is also very helpful, and people are SUPER easy to check-in.

Avantages :

The interface is very easy to use! The fees are incomparable.

Commentaires : We will absolutely use Ticketleap again when planning a large event at our facility. We were happy with the service, and it will be even easier now that we already have our seating mapped out! Our event went phenomenally and we were so happy to not have any issues with ticketing on the day of the event either.

Avantages :

So simple to use! Very easy for administrative duties. We have a large facility and were able to map out over 800 seats that perfectly match our building's design. It obviously takes a little time counting seats and inputting all of the appropriate information, but it is incredibly easy to lay out and comes equipped with shapes and objects to use to match your building. We were also able to hold seats and had an easy time distributing held seats and creating/using discount codes. The ticket scanning was also incredibly easy and fast compared to other companies we've used in the past that have been more finicky.

Inconvénients :

It's not as mobile-friendly as it could be. Our mobile customers weren't able to view the seat map to choose seats, so a handful accidentally ended up with "standing room only" seats. We had one row of "standing room only" seats grouped in a section with other seats, and these customers couldn't see they were buying them until afterward.

They forced us to cancel our event

Commentaires : Their customer service kept stating contact instead of helping out their client. I spoke to three different employees while trying to work out a solution and each time I called they told me a different story. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. They are all about money, and not about the small businesses that support them.

Avantages :

Ease for members of my organization to purchase tickets - although it’s not that difficult to type a name and credit card number.

Inconvénients :

I do not like that this company decided to cancel their fast pay option which sends us our money weekly. They told us they would now be paying us after our event takes places which means we had to cancel it as the venue requires payment up front.

Commentaires : I have used a few different ticket sellers. Ticketleap was recommended by a friend and I love it. Easy to set up sales and money is quickly transferred after events seamlessly.

Avantages :

Very easy to use, and I love being about to communicate with buyers about event details like parking or additions or subtractions to my events. Mass communication is very helpful and easy.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes I need historical data from previous events and that is a bit hard to find.

Solid event management solution

Commentaires : Overall I have used it for years and find it is worth the cons I mentioned above. It’s consistently been reliable and easy for me and my customers to use. I would recommend it

Avantages :

I love how easy it is to use this tool for recurring events. Copying an event and cloning the details makes for a super easy upkeep. The UI is self explanatory and the integration with PayPal lets you get paid right away.

Inconvénients :

Processing fees are a lot, but most tools like this are the same. You can pass along fees to your ticket buyers but you still pay additional fees on top of that. It does add up, especially for higher priced tickets. I wish I had access to a easy registration list from the dashboard. Keeping track of who has signed up can be a bit clunky.

Good value

Commentaires : Great option for my business and events. Perfect for $5 tickets or less with their low flat rate fee. Stands up right along with other ticket sites such as eventbrite.

Avantages :

I liked the flat rate low fee for tickets $5 and under. This was what drew me towards utilizing this app. Easy to create an event. Easy to navigate and also to check the guests in at the door. Also like the option of promo codes if you want to give away some promo tickets.

Inconvénients :

I don't remember too much that I didn't like. The fees do get a little expensive with more expensive tickets much like other ticketing sites.

Love Ticket Leap

Commentaires : We use this a few times a year, but when we do it is critical that we can easily set up nice looking ticketing, agend and event pages for our client. Could not be happier with the ease of use or the final product (event)

Avantages :

Easy to set up and use. We used it for clients who were hosting both live and virtual events. Very satisfied with the product, pricing and support team.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing that comes to mind as a "liked least" about Ticket Leap software and their platform or pricing.

Very solid solution for ticketing for a non-profit community theater

Commentaires : Very effective solution for us. The support is quick and helpful. There are some minor issues that do not fit with our business model but they can be fairly painless overcome with work arounds.

Avantages :

The ability to have multiple users with box office access, the quick check-in system, and the overall quality of the experience are excellent. Inventory management is a plus. Pricing is very reasonable and competitive. Presentation of events is well done.

Inconvénients :

Difficult to do reservations that are paid at the door. URLs are by nature a little clunky but not hard to link to.

Ticketleap was by far our favorite ticketing company!

Avantages :

We loved the interface and ease of setting up and managing tickets from one dashboard especially considering we had tried the other platforms and we didnt like them as much and the fees were higher.

Inconvénients :

The only thing we didn't like I would have to say is the customer support. Sometimes it took a little bit longer to get a response and when youre running a high end show sometimes you need instant support.

Avantages :

TicketLeap has a shopping cart *and* recurring event support. If a patron wants to buy tickets for multiple performances of the same show, across multiple dates or times, TicketLeap lets you select everything you want and enter your payment information just once. It's not the cheapest, but it does what I need. Every year I take another look around at what's available, in case I've missed something prettier or cooler or cheaper, but I end up staying with TicketLeap. It's also easy to refund tickets for people that made mistakes. I think I've swapped performances for people too. And -- I've done discounted advance cash sales and sent the buyers tickets via the management back end, and was not charged a fee.

Inconvénients :

I don't recall having any particular complaints.

Avantages :

Cuenta con una interfaz de usuario bastante moderna y completa. Permite acceder rápidamente a los ticket que hayamos adquirido, de nuestros recitales o eventos favoritos. Cuenta con una herramienta de publicación de eventos muy fácil de utilizar. No hace falta contar con muchos conocimientos para crear eventos.

Inconvénients :

Puede llegar a ser alto complicado de comenzar a utilizarlo, ya que a algunos elementos en esta herramienta los nombran de diferente manera, en comparación a otras plataformas del mismo tipo.

Easy, User friendly & Beautiful Event Management System

Avantages :

I love the easy, visual, drag and drop event page editor. It has simple yet elegant design features (choose your event page color of choice, upload an image, draft your event description and tagline, input your event hashtag to pull in your instagram & twitter feed, etc.). I also love that it is super easy to create coupon codes for specific events, export spreadsheets of attendees, and include customized event questions (anything you want with multiple question field options). I've also experienced great customer service- very relational and helpful phone calls with little to no wait time.

Inconvénients :

Ticketleap is made for events that are on one date (not a span of multiple dates) so you have to get a little creative when it comes to dates for longer events (like conferences, etc).

Essential for Event Organizers

Avantages :

TicketLeap will make your life infinitely easier. Event setup is easy. Payments are quick. The social media integration makes marketing easier. The sale statistics make tracking marketing and engagement a breeze. Easy to check in guests.

Inconvénients :

The app could be a little more robust but overall it’s a great service/application.

did about half the job we needed it to do

Commentaires : Used in combination with Elevent, we got the job done, but it was frustrating to have to switch between the two all day and only be able to use each on specific platforms/OSs.

Avantages :

Used this as half the ticketing software for a film festival last weekend, because neither of the two services we used were quite what we needed. This one is pretty good with last-minute ticket sales, but not advance sales - we couldn't connect the purchases to stuff in the future, just used it to collect their money and hurry them into the theater.

Inconvénients :

The Android app doesn't even offer the 'box office'/ticket sales option! Luckily of our two-person team, one of us had an iPhone, so we had to rely on him to do the rush (last-minute) ticket sales for this fest. Cooool

Ticket Leap Makes Selling Tickets A Breeze

Commentaires : I have used several different online ticketing platforms for my artists, but keep coming back to Ticket Leap. They are easy to use and offer a wide variety of features. My favorite features are being able to customize the ticket page, offer multiple ticket types, and ease of setting a seating chart. Their customer service is top-notch and always quick to respond. We have never had any issues when running an event through them. Easy for use and the customer. Low ticketing fees are also a plus.

It's been great

Avantages :

We have used this for several clients and really love it as we do annual events and it easy to duplicate an event when you do it year after year.

Inconvénients :

We had a few payment issues but customer service was always quick to fix. Customization was also harder when we started but has improved over the years.

Commentaires : we use ticket leap for all our VIP ticketing and have had great success. It's a great service we recommend to all.
