> **Avantages**: That I can link events on iOS devices which you can't do with eventbrite anymore. Eventbrite really let me down with this as I sell a lot of tickets with instagram stories which ticketleap does with ease.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish it was less than 9% as I am a very small organizer. It seems high for the amount I am making.

> Great\! There was once a bug and I phoned customer support and they fixed it right away. It is like many other platforms but I am happy with it and the simple easy user-friendly interface and will not change.

I didn’t have to worry about tickets and price discounts because I could make various ones for the price I chose. Every person was able to understand the products they purchased with the description feature. I was even able to refund a ticket because of last minute changes\! At the conclusion of the event I was given a breakdown of ticket sales. I would definitely use them again.

> **Inconvénients**: I don’t have a con about using TicketLeap. I was able to use them with ease, I didn’t have to personally sell tickets to individual people and keep up with the cash, and I don’t have any paper trails to handle. All pros\!

> Overall - I have been extremely pleased working with TicketLeap. I don’t know anything about the company beforehand, but I am very happy I had the opportunity to use them for this event and will continue to use them for future events.
