Appreciated having the option for customers to pay transaction fee ( a previous company deducted it from the proceeds automatically). Sales process was easy and customers said how ‘professional’ it looked. Instant stats and customer details from ticket sales was a real plus. Overall - a great experience. Setting up the seating for the venue was not easy or intuitive. Spent far too long setting up the layout etc. But feel I would know what to do now I've completed it once before. It's free to use which is excellent and I was paid into my bank account with no problems.
