All of our tenants have said they like having messages , payments, and work orders in one place making it a one stop for everything for them and us. When there is a maintenance issue it is a quick and easy process to put in a trouble ticket and then me the landlord to go assign maintenence and then message all tenants the timeline for maintenence to happen on property. I can see all leases assigned to each tenant and which tenant needs to pay. My tenants love the check in feature when they pay or just to have the autopay turned on. We have the pro version to handle multiple leases, bank accounts, and payments deposit to our account faster. It is a better value than paying for multiple leases. > > **Inconvénients**: Turbotenant customer service works normal business hours. When we have had problems it has been after hours and we have needed to wait for the office to reopen for a resolution. > > We will continue to utilize the pro version of turbotenant because of the great value it provides landlords. It is worth it for that alone. It streamlines candidate communication, scheduling walk throughs, and lease management with automatic document signatures and it helps me chase down important paperwork like renter's insurance and helps me stay on top of tenant responsibilities like sending receipts when I receive rent payments. Imagine having an automatic marketing app, customer management system database, docusign, paralegal / accountant assistant getting ALL the paperwork and management company admin ALL IN ONE. Game changer for me as a landlord with a few units. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes on loading the Android version of the app, it tells me the app needs to be updated. The credit checks that they run are also soft pings on the applicant's credit. I have been using the platform for over 10 years, and I love it and thought you would to. TurboTenant does offer additional fee-based services if interested. Some of the other features I love include Showing Scheduling/Reservation system; Integrated Text Messages and Emailing direct from the platform. TurboTenant also offer good customer support. > > **Inconvénients**: TurboTenant currently does not support marketing on the Zillow family of sites. They used to but lost the ability to market on their sites.
