Prix disponible sur demande, une sécurité très inquiétante, un essai gratuit limité dans le temps.

Easiest RSVP's ever

Avantages :

I was looking for an easy way for people to respond to an invitation for an event and this has definitely fit the bill.

Inconvénients :

Some of the layout and set up took a little longer to navigate and I wish that the website page was a bit easier to customize, but EventCreate was the easiest and best of the possibilities I found

Love EventCreate for our City Events

Commentaires : Really have enjoyed all of the amazing things it can do. Hope there are add ons to be able to make the pages a little more customizable.

Avantages :

The ease of usage. Creating all our year events and making it easier for our customers/guests to get their tickets. or even as survey forms.

Inconvénients :

Not having a way to make it to have more tickets if they purchased one table. Not good when the individual tickets on a table cost more than the individual tickets. Just deters buyers from wanting tables.

Excellent Potential... Fails to Meet the Mark....

Commentaires : I was initially excited to use EC when I first hopped onto the platform because their UI was so simple and intuitive to use.... But the more I used it, the more I found limitations in place that made it impractical to use.

Avantages :

Beautiful layout of UI. Intuitive and well thought out. Customer support response time was adequate.

Inconvénients :

Extremely limited / restricted in terms of features and abilities. For example: 1. Cannot change a person's registration w/o providing them a full refund.... period (this includes even if they simply want to change ticket date); 2. EC doesn't allow you to track people per event (if you have multiple events). It only creates a single large pool of people for ALL your events; 3. Can only limit ticket sales per person, but not per event (ie: limit number of seats sold per event); 4. No quick printable version of their reports. You have to download everything as a CSV and segment data accordingly; 5. Non dynamic email campaigns (email campaigns don't update when a new person registers for event); 6. No ability to limit number of events a person can register for in a series; 7. Guest registrants not included in email campaigns w/ no option to opt in; and 8. Once refund is provided, registrant is automatically opted out of all email campaigns.

Pourquoi choisir EventCreate : Ticketera is more work, but I can create the user experience I want without all the restrictions and limitations that EC put into place.

Great website & invitation generator with rsvp management

Commentaires : Mostly a very good experience but futzed with the title box of the website too much trying to get it correct before finally giving up and using a stock photo. I did really like the fact it was easy to upload photos and I could use one to personalize the invitation email.

Avantages :

I liked the ability to create a unique website, rsvp management, and the checklist. I also like the fact that you can upload your own photos to use for the website AND email.

Inconvénients :

I intensely disliked the fact that I couldn't move the title of the website within the "box" of the picture/area. I wanted to use a picture of my husband in front of a traditional Japanese tea house while he was in Japan on business but I could only change the spacing, not the actual placement, of the title. Because there were boxes of whiteness in the picture, that were consequently reflected in the pond the tea house was sitting over, I needed the title to be at the very bottom right-hand part of the "Title" box. If I changed the spacing it made the picture do weird things when viewed. I would have liked to be able to treat the text as a true text box and move it around where I needed it to be. I'd also like to be reminded if I want to send an email when after a .cvs file is uploaded. (I uploaded the file, checked everything out and then completely forgot to actually send the email.)

I did like the look of the Evite invitation that would have been sent, BUT with that being said, it wouldn't have been personalized like the one I was able to do with EventCreate. (And the answer to the very last question, I was the only one using EventCreate to implement, and use, the software. But, my son's girlfriend is the Director of Annual Giving at one of the many colleges here in Atlanta and she is going to check it out. Unfortunately, the weird spacing and coloring that happened on the test email I sent her that I couldn't change is probably a no-go for her.)

Eventbrite Converter - Love the White Glove Customizability!

Commentaires : Very positive! It is super customizable and looks professional / sleek. The check-out screen is also very sleek for customers.

Avantages :

The sleek look / ease of editing the check-out page. It is so easy to use and you can customize nearly everything.

Inconvénients :

That there is not an undo button when editing the site.

A Refreshing Experience...

Commentaires : Great experience. I would recommend it. and I did to the people to signed up.

Avantages :

I like that the invite was a website. I could use the flyer image that I created. Most sites will not allow that without an immediate upgrade.

Inconvénients :

It took a little time to understand how to make all of my image to show without it being cutoff. I consider myself savvy but I figured it out after spending more time to review the functionality.

Ease of Use

Commentaires : Excellent product. I am using it to promote some events my church is holding, and rarely get questions from attendees about the functionality.

I am definitely a fan of this software. It was very easy to put together a webpage and manage it.

I rarely have not found any negatives, though I am relatively new to this product.

Easy to use event creation/tracking!

Commentaires : EventCreate helps our company create events and track them. It also give our employees and customers a way to look at all of the event details beforehand! It helps track attendees, send reminders automatically, create templates and so much more! This product takes out a lot of manual work - you can run reports of attendees who have and have not RSVP's, you can add custom questions to the RSVP such as dietary restrictions and those will show up on your reports as well. It's simple to use and our employees love it!

Avantages :

EventCreate is user friendly and gives you a space for all of your event needs. It's versatile so that you can host different types of events, but you can keep track of everything in one place. You can customize it as much or as little as you want. I love using this site! I really like the RSVP feature for attendees as well as the fact that you can customize the website with location, hotels, images, and more.

Inconvénients :

There are some features that could be updated/modified to give more customization options. Like page layouts, colors and photos. There are some features that are amazing, but at the same time are difficult to find every check box to use the feature, so you can get lost or confused in trying to figure out how to set something up a certain way. When setting up your event, there are several tabs and under each tab are many options/checkboxes which is great, but can be tedious and you need to double check everything to ensure it's all exactly how you want it!

Off to a good start!

Commentaires : So far I'm very impressed with the simplicity and elegance of the system. I hope the trial period continues as well as it's started and convince the rest of the org to utilize the system.

Avantages :

I'm still in the Trial period of EC and finding the features extremely easy to use. The best feature so far is Registration Management to track who's coming to the event and stay on top of those who haven't yet registered.

Inconvénients :

I was a little confused by having to create a template before I was able to email attendees. I'd rather have a choice to composing a "plain text" message or a more formal "you're invited" message when interacting with attendees.

Very helpful event creating app, saved me a lot of time!

Avantages :

EventCreate has been a great assistant to me. I created events for my group at work for a couple of events. I could add the people to the list, customize the seats, and more. Everyone says I am very good at managing the events.

Inconvénients :

Everything is easy to use and straight forward. No cons to this app. Keep it up.

Couldn't Ask For More!

Commentaires : I am so pleasantly surprised with the functionality, capabilities, customization options and overall user-friendliness of EventCreate! I'm so glad I came across the site (found it via a Google search for online event invitations with RSVP). I am getting so many compliments on our event's landing page, how easy it is to have all the information they need about their event right at their finger tips and RSVP. EventCreate helped me look like a website professional rather than just a party planner. Highly recommend EventCreate over any other online event invite/management systems! Will definitely be using again.

Avantages :

The software was very user-friendly. It made it easy to create a beautiful, functional landing page that made it simple to share all the information we wanted to about our upcoming event. It was truly custom to our event. As a marketing professional, being able to brand even a personal event, is amazing! The registration process was also easy to set-up and easy for our attendees to use.

Inconvénients :

When adding an image to my landing page, it would have been helpful to know the specs for the images so the graphic could be properly formatted to the space. For adding attendees without a spreadsheet, having a simple table that I could manually enter in a list of attendees all at once rather than having to keep hitting the "add attendee" button each time would have been nice.Neither are deal breakers and are mostly just a matter of preference.

Excellent event management software

Commentaires : I was looking for an easy, simple, and aesthetically pleasing way to sell tickets for a small event I'm hosting. The registration/processing fees on some of the other sites are more than I was wanting to pay for this small event, and they also weren't nearly as beautiful s the EventCreate websites.

Avantages :

The registration website is beautiful, super customizable, and is something I'm proud to send potential attendees. The price point is also extremely affordable compared to other (less aesthetically pleasing) options out there. I looked into so many options and am so glad I found EventCreate!

Inconvénients :

I'm very pleased with everything so far.

Avantages :

I was looking for a way to sell tickets for events online. Most other options only offer a basic event page. What I love about Event Create is that I was able to create a customized, professional-looking website for my events without paying more for it. It was easy to customize the site and add my own creative flare to it. Event Create is just what I needed!

Inconvénients :

I can't complain, because I am using the free version for now. But I could see myself paying in the future when I want to advertise for multiple events at the same time. I have been really pleased with everything so far. My event just went live today and I already sold my first ticket!

Pourquoi passer à EventCreate : I really love the website feel of Event Create! It makes my events feel much more professional without having to invest in a domain and website right away. Event Create has given me the tools I need to get started NOW without feeling like I need to design an entire business website for my new business.

If I Hosted More Events, I Would Definitely Upgrade

Commentaires : I love it so far. I'm someone who likes straight forward and simple when I do things. They allowed me to set up my event, add a picture, write up a description, and gave me an RSVP button which is the most important part of me doing this event page. So I'd say they nailed it.

Avantages :

For the free account, I was able to set up my event and track RSVPs/names, which was the most important aspects of setting up an event page.

Inconvénients :

On one hand, it's unfortunate that I can't email invites. One the other hand, I don't really need to anyway. As a free user who just set up their first event, I can't think of any real drawbacks.

EventCreate and my UI

Commentaires : overalll I would say that EventCreate is a wonderful platform to use, to be create and manage our events. the templates are nice, with the ability to create our own plus its very user friendly.

Avantages :

what I loved most was the overall simplicity in my UI. Its tailored for the either a beginner or someone with computer experience. the templates are minimal modern and fresh. I also love the way we can manage the event on the back end, keeping track of our guests and even the ability to send a reminder email.

Inconvénients :

I would like to be able to center images and the over all flow, unless that feature is already there and I just didn't know how to use it.

Already Impressed!

Avantages :

It is extremely user friendly. I am only just starting to work on an event on EventCreate and I am flying through the design process. I'm really impressed at how easy it is!

Inconvénients :

I don't like that there isn't a phone number to directly reach someone in customer support if I have questions. I haven't needed to do that yet, but I'd like the option to be there.

Professional Invites for Events

Commentaires : Needed to have an option for an RSVP event and wanted something more professional than an evite. This was the perfect solution.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I did not like was that I added in names and I thought it was going to automatically save them into a library but I didn't hit add names to list so then I had to re-enter all of them.

TLDR: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Avantages :

I am using this software to create a webpage for my upcoming virtual college graduation party. I like that this software has been extremely user-friendly. I have worked with other website-building software and was able to quickly figure out any nuances with EventCreate, however I believe it would have been nearly as easy if I were new to web design. This product has just the right amount of features that the average person may need to publish and promote an event. In particular, this website is useful for keeping your event participants updated, as well as for linking a gift registry so I do not have to ask my attendees to keep track of multiple links. Best of all, the free trial access and ability to preview my page before I invested gave me the confidence I needed to commit to this software. And cost is amazing for me at only $4/month! (After the free trial period, the cost is automatically charged to the credit card to cover a year's worth of service.) Even if I use it only once this year (which I won't), I feel I am getting my money's worth. Highly recommend!

Inconvénients :

If I absolutely MUST choose to list a "con" about this software: I did not like that the monthly subscription was so disproportional to the annual fee, but it is not a big deal because the annual fee is still a great price even if I only needed service for a short time.

One time Event

Avantages :

The least expensive level was enough for me to do most of the things I needed. I did have to upgrade to the second level, but my event was a unique one. It took me awhile to set up, but it was easy to go through. The customizations for my event made it look polished and professional and there were plenty of options to make it look personal. I was proud to publish it once everything was in place. You can tell the company took their time to not only make it as user friendly as possible, but they also seemed to have thought of everything you would need to plan, manage and administer a well thought out event. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to find an affordable, well thought out, all encompassing way to showcase their business or event.

Inconvénients :

I signed up for the lowest level and trial, then continued working on my ticketing options. But when I needed to add more options for tickets, I had to upgrade again, and my “free trial” immediately ended, which then charged me the fullest next level right away. I ended up cancelling the first subscription, then had to go back in and signup for the second level so I could get the free trial incentive. It would be nice if the ticketing options were somehow communicated ahead of time so the user isn’t thinking they’re finishing up, and then surprised with a pop up saying you can’t do that unless you upgrade.

Event Create was there at the perfect time

Commentaires : I am a small business owner, and love being a part of my local maker community. Last March, when the pandemic hit, the events where we usually sell our products were all cancelled. I knew something needed to be done. Someone approached me about doing an online event, and I didn't even know where to start. I have little to no knowledge in building a website, so I googled it. And I found event create. Because of the ease of this program, 100's of makers have been able to sell their products to a virtual world. It was exactly what I needed at the perfect moment. We are now hosting our 4th Virtual Market, and they keep getting better and better.

Avantages :

The features of uploading images and links is very smooth. It's also very easy to create text and link the text and menus. The layout is easy to work with.

Inconvénients :

I have had to delete a part of my page before, and it leaves a gap, instead of moving the rest of the information forward. SAVE constantly. I learned this lesson the hard way. If you don't save, sometimes it doesn't load properly, then when you refresh, you lost the most recent work.

Best up and coming event software on the market

Commentaires : Hard to beat. Can't see us moving to a new platform for our events, and we've tried almost everyone out there.

Avantages :

The team at EventCreate is incredibly responsive. Any technical issue or question we've ever had has been handled quickly. They have great front end design options for your event website, which is something you typically do not get with most event software or you have to pay 25X what you would pay through Event Create. They are continually adding features on the back end that help us improve our event planning and marketing.

Inconvénients :

Since they are a newer platform they do not have EVERY feature you might find on the backend from EventBrite or more expensive solutions. But they do have everything you need and are constantly adding new features.

EventCreate was perfect for our class reunion

We compared many options and found this the most affordable option. The customer service was superb. Very quick replies to chat and even a 15 minute call with the team to perfect my site. I used the whole thing with ease!

Inconvénients :

I can't think of any features i needed. I perhaps wanted to have a multipage website rather than multisection, but that may be possible and i just don't know how to do it yet.

Perfect for our needs.

Avantages :

Used it for an event to celebrate our 6th year of operations. Sold over 150 tickets. The revenue generated by this site was critical to its success. The website was fantastic and easy to edit. Payments were prompt. Everything was great.

Inconvénients :

No complaints. I do with that a stripe account wasn't necessary, as it does not play nicely with our finance system (omegafi)

Non-Profit Fundraising Event Website - EventCreate AWESOME

Avantages :

I stumbled across the EventCreate platform while searching for an easy way to create a fundraising event for my non-profit's upcoming silent auction event. EventCreate was extremely easy to use and customize to fit our needs and it had all of the aspects I was looking for such as an option to include a gallery for our auction items and a way to set up online payments without having to sent people to another website. We started with the free trial and ended up purchasing a year's subscription so that we can use this platform again for our future events. For all that EventCreate offers, the price was extremely reasonable. I am so appreciative that this platform exists and that I stumbled upon it because it met all of our needs and helped us create an amazing and beautiful website for our event.

Inconvénients :

I wish that we could integrate this with our E-Tapestry or Constant Contact accounts.
