Soda PDF est bien conçu pour la gestion de document PDF en ligne et même en hors ligne. Je vous le recommande vivement, il nous permet de convertir nos documents avec de simple geste en pdf, word, excel et autres extensions, de gérer les fichiers de façon intelligent avec l'IA

Inconvénients :

Soda Pdf favorise plus la langue anglaise

Avantages :

Soda PDF est une excellente application de traitement de fichiers. J'apprécie particulièrement la fonctionnalité fusionner, ce qui m'enlève la lourde tâche d'attacher plusieurs fichiers dans mes mails. La fonctionnalité Editer est aussi génial car la plupart des outils sont accessibles dans la version gratuite. Le petit plus de cette appli est la possibilité de signer digitalement un fichier PDF.

Inconvénients :

Le coût de la version payante de Soda PDF n'est pas très avantageux pour les micro-entreprises comme la mienne. Il y a aussi le problème au niveau de l'abonnement qui se renouvelle automatiquement pour une année après l'essai de 14 jours.

La gestion de PDF facilitée

Commentaires : Nous avons un besoin assez simple de Soda PDF mais il coche tous les critères d'un logiciel PDF à utiliser au quotidien, je recommande!

Avantages :

Soda PDF comporte de très nombreuses fonctionnalités: fusionner, découper ou encore compresser les fichiers format PDF. Soda existe en version web ou encore en version logiciel ce qui est mieux pour les documents plus lourds, c'est très bien.

Inconvénients :

Le prix à l'utilisation de Soda PDF peut être assez élevé.

Facturation piratée !! il y a d'autres paiement en sus des 3.41 dollar proposé sur le site et le compte local n'est jamais activé malgré le paiement

le cryptage qui permet de protéger le document et la possibilité de restreindre certaines fonctions comme l'impression, la sauvergarde...les fonctions sont variées.

moins pratique que certains concurrent, moins intuitif.

Amazing set of PDF tools that includes OCR

Commentaires : After scanning all the physical documentation that I had in my office, I managed to transfer it to digital format through the OCR tool that has Soda PDF, which allowed me to have a better management of my documents, since previously I had to review a large amount of files in search of some document. Also, I can edit PDF files according to what I need and sign them digitally.

Avantages :

I like the fact that you have an OCR tool to recognize the text in the images, so you can then edit that text in PDF. You can convert PDF files to Word, Excel, RTF and other formats. Another advantage of using Soda is that I receive email updates about its new features, which include instructions for use and video tutorials. Also, I can create a custom toolbar, where I include the tools I use most.

Inconvénients :

At times, when trying to print files in batches, the software stops responding and I have to open the documents again.

Soda PDF -- Intuitive and User Friendly Way to Create and Edit PDF Documents

Commentaires : Overall? Excellent! This is a VERY user-friendly way to both create and convert PDFs, edit/fill in a PDF, sign a PDF with a created signature, and then deliver/download/share. If for some reason I need to have a colleague review a document, the review/comment function is great for easily getting document feedback. We don't use that feature as often, but it's nice to have in the available functions.

Avantages :

It's easy to use with little to no formal training -- very intuitive. I like that it converts documents TO PDF, PDF to MSWord or other types of files, and lets me upload a document for PDF filler access. I think forms are more professional when they're typed instead of being handwritten -- cleaner and neater for sure! We use SODA to upload forms sent to us, then fill in via the PDF filler. I love how easy SODA is to use via Mac/PC, tablets, and phones. Even when my staff and I are outside the office -- at home or on the road -- we can access SODA to ensure our work continues seamlessly. PDFs created can be saved to the Cloud, Desktop, or even e-mailed. I love this software/app!

Inconvénients :

My only small complaint is that it can be hard to locate a file once it's complete. That's likely on me instead of SODA. We downloaded the software/app, and have been learning as we go. Perhaps some training on our part would make archiving easier.

They destroyed a great product

Commentaires : They've replaced the desktop version with 360 Pro, and also increased the price substantially.

Avantages :

This was the best alternative to Acrobat for years. Fully featured and fairly priced, but then they turned it into an online version only (360). Trying to copy Office 360, which is also unappealing to many users.

Inconvénients :

Yeah. I'd like them to bring back the desktop version. Why do I need to be online to view and edit PDF documents? And if I'm on a slow connection, then this product is also painfully slow by association. Now I have to search for a competing PDF editor.

Best tool for PDF editing

Simply Reviewed - Soda PDF

Commentaires : One of the best apps in this category. But there is scope of improvement before becoming the best.

Avantages :

The rate at which files are converted without any error or mixing the files. Also the theme is so simple that any new user can understand the features easily.

Inconvénients :

Need to work and improvise on the digital signature part. It can be made a more easy task to perform.

Dishonest automatic renewal

Commentaires : Very tricky (dishonest) automatic renewal for an entire year!!! after the 14 days trial. No email is sent about the renewal, the company takes advantage of having the credit card info.

Avantages :

Nothing. It is a difficult program to manage, far inferior to Adobe.

The program is complicated, not user friendly at all and the interface is confusing

Commentaires : I am set up not to renew next year. I also have a 30 day window to see if I want a refund. I will play with the software to see what value it will give me, but most likely will call during my open hours of support to have this refunded and will continue my hunt for a good PDF editor software.

The cost was all over the board - different browsers offered different discounts, the bigger the discount the more it was going to renew for. I was very upset with the install - I was prompted with an offer of help with the install to ensure it was done properly. After they installed, they went into my task manager to show how many processes i had running along with how much space I had. They ask when the last time I had my computer serviced- told them last year with the purchase of a new SSD. They said I would need it done again and would need to keep up with more regular maintenance to make sure the software ran properly. They then said they were going to set me up with a maintenance program... I disconnected the computer share and ran a virus protector because I was afraid of being hacked. I purchased the phone support only to find you can not get to a number on their site, so I started a chat to get the number to find out the time available to me was 3am to 9am. Both the company and myself are in the eastern standard time. The person I chatted with also mentioned that they use or are a 3rd party to the software - a trading partner and what I experienced was part of their job to make sure my computer is running well. I would have never allowed a 3rd party into my computer and feel like I was taken advantage of. It's not like I was taking advantage of a free service that they needed to make money off of me beyond the purchase of the software.

Stole my money!!

Commentaires : Wasted money... AND WAS CHARGED ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION AFTER ONE YEAR... IT RENEWED AUTO MATICLY SO I WAS CHARGED ALMOST $700 FOR TWO YEARS FOR A PRODUCT I DID NOT USE. I DID NOT NOTICE THE NEW CHARGE UNTIL PAST THE 30 DAY CANCELLATION DEADLINE SO THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE CHARGE. I TRIED TO CANCEL WHEN THE RENEWAL CAME BUT THEIR PROCESS WAS CONFUSING AND APPARENTLY I DID NOT PUSH THE CORRECT BUTTON. I WOULD RECOMMEND AGAINST PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT.

Avantages :

Purchased product as document editing software. Previously had Nuance. This product was very hard to use in comparison to the Nuance product.

Inconvénients :

Very non-intuitive and too expensive. The company is non-responsive to their misdeeds.

Be careful when buying through a limited offer

Avantages :

It offers nice pdf editing features required for a small company.

Inconvénients :

Didn't really like the overall buying experience. We've got a limited-time offer to upgrade from a free trial. The price was supposedly around $46 for a Pro version (1-year subscription), but then we were shocked to see we were charged almost the double amount - $85. It appears they included a bunch of spam products in this subscription, but it was not really clearly presented to us, end-users. Also, we didn't get the Mastercard 3Dsecure confirmation code, so that's a major security concern.

This is a SCAM

Commentaires : The support team can only tell you that their product does not support the features you try to use. Their billing department is horrible. You may need an act of God in order to cancel your subscription, which in most cases you don't even know that you will have after buying the product.

Avantages :

Absolutely nothing, It is cumbersome to use and not always provide the output you expect.

Inconvénients :

The software had a reasonable price, I decide to buy it to try. The Software is clunk, not intuitive and does not offer all the options Adobe does. The worst part is that I just discovered they are continuously charging me for a sneak renewal, which costs double of the price of the software. There are plenty of bad reviews of this product at PcMag, Amazon, GetApp, and others, so do not be alluded you are buying a good product. It does not worth the trouble.

Soda PDF Desktop 12 - Total Disaster

Commentaires : Customer support have attempted to resolve some of the problems which required considerable reconfiguring. It is still not working anything like as well as Soda PDF 11 so please wind back to the older version. If not I am starting to review other products to find a better solution.

Avantages :

I have used Soda PDF Desktop 11 for several years and found it to be an incredibly useful, and easy to use application.

Inconvénients :

Since upgrading to Soda PDF Desktop 12 it has been a total disaster. It is no longer user friendly and many of the features previously used no longer work. It is so much slower than the older version and has crashed or simply stopped responding on more than one occasion.

You don't get what you pay for

Everything. Incredibly slow on all levels. The slowest piece of software we've ever used. Just took us 25 minutes to uninstall. Crashes the most of any software we run. Had to uninstall and reinstall 6 times before it functioned properly. The worst part has been the customer service. I took an average of three days for them to respond to every support ticket we submitted. All we ever received was an incredibly bad attitude and the statement "go re-read the instruction manual". The last incident was never resolved even after going back and forth for over two weeks. I asked for a refund and was told "we don't give refunds of any kind for any reason after the 30 use period. Decided to go back to Adobe and have had a great and seamless experience thus far. Yes, we're paying more, but we're far more productive. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Be careful

Commentaires : Some features work ok. Help desk is near to useless and doesnt tell truth. Priority seems to be getting subscriptions in rather than providing service or rectifying mistakes.

You will be constantly bombarded with instructions to upgrade. Functionality will not be there unless you upgrade part way through a subscription period. There are acknowledged problems with the latest upgrade 12 that havnt been resolved in 6 months. BE CAREFUL
