A colleague was using it at the time and suggested I try it out. I am extremely happy with uLaw. To be clear, I hate accounting, but I knew that my practice is small enough where I could handle everything if I had the right tools. uLaw has proven to be the right tool for my accounting and bookkeeping needs. I keep it simple and uLaw allows me to do that without being overwhelmed by over choice or a confusing interface. I've had to contact customer service a number of times to figure out what reports are needed for taxes, HST return reviews, and law society compliance audits. Each time I've contacted customer service they have been very responsive and extremely helpful. They understand the product deeply and they understand my question, even when I'm not always sure exactly what I'm asking for. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes information populates in template forms a little oddly and sometimes invoices/receipts are a bit slow to generate/download. > > Overall, uLaw has been wonderful and easy to work in, even for someone who lacks a solid understanding of accounting.
