> **Avantages**: It has a very management friendly vibe, I see how middle managers might enjoy it as it allows them to track and be notified about peoples entries

> **Inconvénients**: It feels the software fills an artificial need, where middle managers feel they must monitor constantly peoples goals and performance especially in roles where those are very hard to quantify.

> **Inconvénients**: The survey configuration could be improved a bit. I don't like that I am not able to edit questions by highlighting/ changing text color or adding bullet points. The logic tool also only allows for one logic rule.

> Overall we have enjoyed using the product and look forward to further improvements.
