Commentaires : J'utilise Loyverse Pos pour inscrire tous les tickets d'achat de nos clients de mini épicerie, entre 5 et 10 tickets par jour, ce n'est pas beaucoup mais cela permet de gagner du temps et de la justesse.

Avantages :

J'aime pouvoir utiliser le programme sur le téléphon et sur l'ordinateur.

Inconvénients :

Pour un produit qui est à prix variable, on ne peut pas intégrer le prix d'achat, comme par exemple un % du prix de vente. Ce serait top, car la marge est alors faussée. Et l'avoir en français ce serait bien aussi... pas indispensable pour qui se débrouille mais plus agréable.

Inconvénients :

Can not be used with PC, only smart phone or tablet.

Commentaires : It's a great app with powerful and attractive features.

Avantages :

Inventory management. running receipts, and adding stocks and any other sales related activity is simple and easy.

Inconvénients :

Currency conversion could be useful. This will allow us to report in different currencies since we have our presence in different countries.

Not suitable for Restaurants

Commentaires : Not encouraging for the restaurant. Using it as an standby system only and looking evaluating other systems.

Avantages :

Good effort by the developers however they appear to have lost interest in adding features.

Inconvénients :

Not suitable for Restaurants. Does not support multiple Menus. Absolutely no customisation of Kitchen printout. Lacking insight in restaurant business One solutions can not satisfy larege catagory of users. Developers should decide which catagory of users they want to serve.

Loyverse POS experience

Commentaires : Its been a very good point of sale system as it have reduced the manual input of entries. This has helped us speed up the line in terms of serving customers and eased the workload on stationary and paper

Avantages :

The software is found on playstore and is able to function on phones and tablets. We have found it easy to work even without internet as we can sync the days transactions when we access internet. Records are kept safe and accurate

Inconvénients :

It doesn't have certain administrative features that would make it an all round software for an organization so you would have to integrate with other applications.

Good Entry Level Product

Commentaires : Great product to start. I believe the club has now switched to a different system with a few more features and flexibility around hardware.

Avantages :

A very simple product to get started with and run a small business.

Inconvénients :

Accounting integration was not ideal and IOS limitations for hardware added some cost and headaches.

Great Product Slight Problem

Commentaires : Very happy and will grow my users if the are able to sort out the sales report update

Avantages :

The ease of use and the various features available.

Inconvénients :

Every now and then it does not shown your sales. The update on the report seems to be delayed. Very frustrating.

Great simple inexpensive

Avantages :

I installed and implemented this for a pizza parlor moving from a cash register. It allowed them to step up it was free and the hardware was inexpensive. And it has a whole bunch of options that you do pay for that the company is going to probably use in the future. But in the meantime they get a start with a simple basic POS moving from a cash register and get a chance to learn it..

Inconvénients :

None. Haven't found a single thing to question about it. It's simple and easy to use.

Real great experience POS

Commentaires : We as a business needs to improve our usage with some of the features loyverse offer, so the software is really great and super user friendly

Avantages :

In my case loyverse becomes a really useful software to run the coffeeshop, as easy as our employees barely no need training to work with, in a matter of minutes they are doing orders and processing payments.

Inconvénients :

We need to process diferent payment methods than cash or cards and we have to enter cards for direct deposits, strike bitcoin app, etc

A great tool for small business owners

Commentaires : This is the best free POS alternative in the market. The UI is very friendly and can work on all platforms (Android, IOS). And best of all is I can check on the sales even when I'm away from the shop via the mobile app.

Avantages :

The free version, in itself, is already a powerful tool that is so beneficial to us small business owners. It is easy to use and integrate with other devise. The data management and reporting modules are so intuitive that I just need a minor tweaks to make the downloads work on my customized reports.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the data in the reports are inconsistent (eg COGS is not accurate)Reports may change if I updated unit costs but I think I can look for a work aroundbut overall I'm satisfied with this program

Great POS

Commentaires : Would recommend this to any business including all the add ons, use multi times a day save me hours a day for very little cost

The only thing you could say is that a display table layout would just finish off the program,

Viable POS Option

Avantages :

The option for loyalty with a free package.

Inconvénients :

That once ending a shift the amount from the previous day is not automatically loaded for the opening shift the next day, have a tendency to forget to input the starting shift value.

increases the efficiency of order taking, since orders come out faster, providing better quality and customer service

I would add the option of being able to add the customer's name on the ticket without having to register it, since at the time of delivery I don't know whose product it is

as compared to other POS with one payment for POS usage and inventory however for Loyverse you have to pay separate for the inventory

Love this free service

Commentaires : For us starting up, it's phenomenal to have one less expense or thing to organise - it's a great set and forget and it's great for us to see in real time what we've put through. It has reports too so we can see our true number made at the end of the day

Avantages :

Free, easy to set up and easy to use - Can edit on the spot.

Inconvénients :

connecting the KDS with the POS was a little bit difficult at the start - make sure they're connected to the same wifi - we hotspot off one phone as we are a food truck which works well for us. on the KDS click settings then on the POS printer add in the IP address listed on KDS screen. In back office make sure you click all categories to print and then add all your items to a category list, this was the way I found that it would send from POS to KDS otherwise it just does the print test only.

The best POS system I have ever used

Commentaires : I am a home based bakery and Loyverse POS really help my on business branding, database and sales monitoring.

Avantages :

What I like most about Loyverse POS is that I get to keep customers database and paperless on bills. With business logo on the receipt, it does help on my business branding too.

Inconvénients :

I hope that I can use Loyverse POS at my website so that my customer can purchase products online without sending message to me and for me to key in details manually.

Commentaires : There is accumulation of points and remembering customers. Causing a customer database to continue marketing But if it's a shop that doesn't do it alone, if it has employees, it can't be used for free because that employee Access rights will not be eliminated, which will harm the store's finances.

About registering its in dollars and its automatic thé registration base on number employees u entered.. i paid already for 2 employees but i intent to register only 1 but the payment was made already after i deleted 1 employee.. hope it will credited on my nxt registration

Have used the free version of loyverse now for over a year and has served me well for my purpose of a cheap (free)no frills pos software that I can use in my mobile catering business as and when I need to

None that I can find at the moment has served me well
