I also liked that you could customize it to fit what your team actually needed instead of being stuck with a one-size-fits-all setup. The real-time updates were helpful too, especially for keeping track of issues and staying on top of work. Overall, it just made managing things feel more organized and less stressful.

I also noticed that certain parts of the system didn’t feel as smooth or intuitive as others, so you had to click around a bit to find what you needed.
