Very complicated to setup, does not sync and does not accurately log trips, with or without their extra products. Customer service is blunt, and offers very little explanation or instruction. They asked me to download a third party app to try and fix their USB. When I searched the app on iOS, it doesn't even exist. They have side-stepped my request for refund so far.
