Essentially TP has become the Blackberry of techonology for real estate agents. It's not worth the money. The technology is dated, they are so far behind other companies. There is no such thing as client experience. To have to call back to talk to a supervisor. When cancelling my account. I'm told I have to wait TWO business days to have someone else cancel my account. That's after waiting 30 minutes on the phone. The platform looked promising at first glance, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations. The leads were poor quality, support was unresponsive, and the refusal to cancel the contract was extremely frustrating. > > **Inconvénients**: The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The leads were completely useless—either fake or totally unqualified. When I asked to cancel my contract, they literally hung up the phone on me. Their customer service is dismissive and disrespectful. It’s clear they’re more interested in locking you into payments than actually providing value. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The leads I received were either completely unqualified or nonexistent. It felt like a bait-and-switch from day one. When I asked to cancel my contract due to the lack of performance, they refused—locking me into a service that did not deliver even the bare minimum. Their support team was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly more focused on collecting payments than actually helping agents succeed. This is nothing more than a money grab. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are better, more transparent services out there.
